There "unprescribed colored contacts" usually cost around 25 to 30 dollars and depending the area where you live you could most likely go to a store near you where they sell glasses but some require a doctors note or parents signature .

im 13/f, in grade 8, and im only 5'2
i feel so short compared to everyone!!
everyone else is 5'4 and up, and i feel like a grade 6. I know im only 13 and can get my growth spurt, but all my family members are really short, so i doubt i'll grow. Is there still some hope of growing?? and is there something (other than heels) that can make me look and feel taller??

That's crazyy I'm 15 and I'm only 4"11 so if you think 5"2 is short its not especially for a 13 yr old . Is being 'TALL' the "IT" thing now a days ? Who cares if everyone else is 5"4 or w.e I'd kill to be 5"2 you shouldn't try to do anything to be taller your fine and your only 13 you have a long ride to go till you stop growing.

The lighter the color the better chance you have to bring out your brown eye color. Dark colors hide brown eyes but you could try somee dark shades .

There are many ways to make cleaning fun :] try putting on some music while you clean something that will get you pumped up and right in the mood to clean or you could try making cleaning into a game be creative and still get your room clean !

in order to dye your hair blonde especially on dark hair youd have to bleach your hair and then apply the blonde color ....blonde dye wont stay on without bleach try getting it perfesionally done .

People take cutting to be a big deal because it could kill you. How ? Well its simple one day you decide to cutt and "accidently" hitt a vein you could bleed to death, you might find it pleasurable or an escape from depression when really all its doing is hurting you and putting you at risk everyday. Cutting leaves nasty scars that will be visible to you and everyone for the rest of your life. You decide to have kids one day would you want them to see your scars? When they ask you what those marks on your arms hands are , would you want them to know you once cutt? Cutting is a nasty habit I suggest you get a new one

The person who is hacking onto your screename is probably hitting "Forgot password" and is signing onto your email to get your new password I'd change your emails password and don't make it something obvious like your birthdate or favorite color make it something completely random something not even the smartest person on earth would know change both passwords and try changing your screenames email so that it won't be sending it to the same email

i want to curl my hair for tomorrow but it never stays curled. should i put spray or mousse in it? or how do i get it to stay curled for the day?

I have stubborn straight thick hair also but I get curls to stay all day by using curlers I put them on before I go to sleep and the next morning before I take them off I apply hairspray let it sitt for until the hairspray has hardened and then I start taking off the curlers but if you don't have curlers you could try using the iron curler and just apply a lot of hairspray while its hott on your hair.

Hey don't get too offended there the point I'm trying to get across here is that cutting leaves scars of a painfull memory later on when you go to cutt again you'll see the scar of the last time you cutt and it'll only make you remember more and make you more depressed yeaa your right to you it may take the pain away but for just that moment lets say you feel upset later on you can't keep hurting yourself to feel good there are other things you could do that doesn't involve hurting yourself for example

Does anyone think a 14 yr old having sex would be slutty? If she has been with this guy for a year, or even less than 12 months, but more than 4? and them knowing each other for 2 years?

I don't think its slutty I just think its too young . Maybe this person should re think what she's doing and sortve wait till she's more mature and has a better understanding of the consequences to having sex 14 15 16 age doesn't matter what matters is how mature the person is and how educated he or she is to everything there is to know about having sex I hope this person is protecting herself though because of the many deseases out there you never know . I'm a girl and I'm 15. My mom has always hit me when I did something wrong. She stopped when i was like 12 to this year. Now shes starting again. And its for stupid stuff like me forgetting to put my pajamas in the hamper and then me talking "fresh" to her because shes yelling at me for a stupid reason. I don't have an attitude utill she yells at me. Then I do. And then sometimes i get hit. One time when I was 11 she hit me with a cat litterbox. Just a few weeks ago she punched me in the back of the head repeatedly. It was hard enough to hurt and leave a bump. Then the same like 5 minutes she was about to punch my face, then i answered the ringing phone so she stopped. I could defend myself. But if I do, i'll get punished. And because that is totally unfair, I'll try to go against it and yell and get hit again. I threaten my mom that i'm going to get her taken away. My question is is it possible? I don't have any bruises or any proof, except my hatred for her. I really want her to get send away. I can't take it anymore. Next time she hits me, its either going to be me or her who will leave. By the way, my dad is a nice guy but he doesnt defend me. I hear him yelling at her sometimes. And when she randomly talks mean to me he'll say "what the hell is wrong with you?" or something like that. But she hits me when hes not home. I know he doesnt love her. I think he does, but just because shes his wife. I one time found, what i thought was, pictures of stripper on his phone. Please help me
This is wrong your mom shouldn't be punishing you for no reason. sounds to me as if she's taking out her frustration on you which is wrong . The next time she hitts you or tries to hitt you calmly ask her "why are you hitting me" but don't say it in a way that'll get her started just calmly ask her why and after she's done hitting you tell her " what was the purpose of that? Do you feel better about yourself?" if she continues treating you this way I'd get help as much as you don't want to get taken away from her its not worth sticking around getting left marks and pain for nothing. As for your dad what he's doing isn't enough he should put his foot down and put a stop to this he should be helping her deal with her issues by not taking them out on you . I'd get HER help not you simply because you haven't done anything wrong and she's the one doing everything wrong I'm sorry you have to live and deal with this I hope you get her help .

i feel like my family and friends dnt appriciate me. none of my friends ever want to hang out with me im just left at home by myself and even my best friend doesnt really talk to me anymore. we have drifted so far apart and as much as i try it just feels like she doesnt even care. i just want some one to appriciate me like a boy friend to love me or something.
last year i had belimia... and i was depressed well thats what my parents thought. iv come so far from that i mean getting better and everything... but now it just feels like im back where i was then and that its gunna happen all over again, i have no 1 to turn too and i dnt no wat to do anymore...
Try talking to a councelor ....I bet you've heard this a lot but its true they really can help you . You shouldn't be feeling this way and if you feel as if your friends don't appreciate you then maybe its time to look for some new friends ....friends come and go but a true friend sticks around and never goes. Looks to me as if that so called true friend isn't really being true. The last thing you need right now is a cold shoulder. As for your family they should be helping you get through your "depression" try talking to them about how you feel and how its effecting you ....try getting more active take long walks get into sports don't waste time in your room feeling down its only making you feel worse about everything.

Look I'm sorry but do you really think this ONE BOY is even worth risking loosing your parents trust not only that but putting your life in danger?? I'm sorry that he had to move that far away but there's nothing you could've done to make that change all you could do is hope that he'll one day move back ....you shouldn't steal that's not right and that's not going to get you anywhere. Don't run away either you'd be leaving your family behind for again A BOY. Long distant relationships don't always work out good I'd suggest you come clean to your parents about this if they are understanding about it they could help you out your only 15 you shouldn't be thinking about running away .

Look this might not be what you want to hear from an advice giver but its the truth. I don't care if you rate me low for this .
Why would you cutt? Cutting leaves scars and it only makes you want to cutt even more I really don't see a purpose to doing that I find it really stupid but then again there people out there who don't know how to handle there emotions the next time you want to cutt ask yourself why your doing it instead of picking up the blade pick up a pen and grab paper write down why your angry/sad/depressed and when your done ripp it up and throw it away you'd be doing your skin a favor , seek some adult help try talking to a councelor tell them you've been cutting but that you want to stop, talk to your parents also let them know you've been cutting and tell them why you've been doing not only will they help you stop but if they are the cause to why your doing it they'll realize the cause of there actions .

i have a really close friend. and last year she found out she was pregnant i stuck by her the whole time. she had the baby but when she came back to school she had told me she gave it up for adoption. shes really skinny so no one knew but me. not even her parents. now she just came clean and broke down and told me that she was to scarred to give the baby up so she keeps her in the basement and goes down there when noone is home to take care of her. im really scarred what should i do. please help
It really is hard to keep a pregnancy from parents as to what the person below me said they are right maybe your friend isn't telling the truth she could just be looking or asking for attention I really find it hard to believe that she keeps the baby (if she does really have one) in the basement ...I mean come on think about it ? if there really is a baby in the basement her parents would've already found out because they would've heard it crying and suspected something...did you ever see her while she was pregnant? As a good friend I'd get her counceling because she is seriously crying for attention or I'd talk to her parents .
