You don't sound like a very good friend. First of all, saying she is "selfish and ugly" makes me think you're jealous. Also describing her behavior as "slutty" isn't something a true friend would do. If you really want to help her, start seeing her through FRIENDLY eyes not JUDGING eyes. You guys are young, and there is plenty of time for her to grow out of this stage. She could be doing it for attention. Also you need to look at YOURSELF and find out why you're talking so mean about your "friend". Maybe it's you who is selfish and ugly.
And I know I won't get a good rating for this advice, but it's the truth.. so just remember that.

14/f...i've been trying to eat less calories and stay thin. a daily eating pattern is this
breakfast -- a vanilla crisp Special K bar
lunch -- one red apple and one chewy bar
dinner -- whatever my dad makes (it varies everyday from hot dogs to pasta)
but all of the sudden my dad has been trying to get me to eat more food. he is always thinking that if i eat too little then i'm going to become anorexic. whenever my dad cooks he makes me eat more then i want to eat to stay thin. what can i do? and today him and my mom started saying that they don't like how i eat a special K bar for brerakfast. they want me to eat something more suitable for breakfast like cereal..but that would put more calories into my diet and make me gain weight. Actually there are a lot of healthy cereals out there. Cheerios is one obvious healthy choice. There are tons of others. A Special K bar isn't made for growing teenagers, so yes your parents are right on that one. Also, you're not eating enough if you only eat an apple and a "chewy bar" for lunch. You're going to start gaining weight if you don't eat more. When you eat too little (like what you are doing), your body goes into "starvation mode" and thinks you're starving so it stores fat. Therefore you will NOT lose weight this way. You need to be eating 1,800 to 2,000 calories a day. Look at your foods and see how many calories you're eating. If it's way under, then add some more until you get to at LEAST 1,800. It might seem like a lot but it's not.
To lose weight, you need to eat 1,500 to 1,800 a day. To stay your same weight, 1,800 to 2,000 a day. To gain weight, 2,300+ calories daily.

Depends on how old she is. My four year old gets that way sometimes. Just distract her with something fun. Play games, do crafts, make up dance routines. My girls love that.

I've been on birth control now for about a year. My boyfriend and I just recently had unprotected sex, without pulling out. I'm pretty good with taking my pill every night around the same time but there were two times during this cycle that I had ended up taking it the next day, including that night we had sex. I'm on the placebo pills right now and still no period. Could I be pregnant? (link)

You can always get pregnant by having sex. Having unprotected sex is even worse. I'm not sure if you're subconciously TRYING to get pregnant or what, but you need to get a pregnancy test. And you shouldn't keep taking the pills if you're pregnant - it could harm the baby. Next time just DO NOT have sex. It's not that hard to control yourself if you think about the consequences. Do you really want a child right now?

Im really nervous to have sex with my boyfriend even though we've been dating for a long time. I want things to be perfect. How do I prepare myself for sex? I shave everything in that area and I know about protection, but I want to know some ways that girls get ready for sex, or any opinions of what guys like. First of all please don't sprinkle cinnamon (or ANYTHING) in your panties.. I don't know who thought of that but it's crazy.
Also, oral is to be done BEFORE you have sex.. and you generally don't do it your very first time having sex. I guess you could try it. If he's that much more experienced than you (to where he's mentioned it or is planning on doing it) then maybe you shouldn't have sex with him.
Make sure you are on birth control AND you use condoms.. I got pregnant on birth control so I always tell everyone to use condoms ALSO. And condoms can break, so that's why birth control is like the backup.
Also taking a shower right before sex is a good way to make sure you'll smell OK down there. And it won't taste funny if it doesn't smell funny.
Good luck and this is a big deal so please make sure it's what you want, and that he's not using you.

First of all, "taking a risk" is putting it lightly. I got pregnant at 15 and believe me your boyfriend isn't going to stick around - so taking that risk means absolutely NOTHING to him.
What has been done can't be reversed but you had better get a pregnancy test - QUICK. If you ARE pregnant, you need prenatal care. I know it would be hard to talk to your mom but honestly you should, so she can put you on birth control. You might be surprised at how she reacts. Most moms will be OK with it after the initial shock wears off. Explain to her you'd rather not get pregnant and basically you're going to have sex one way or another so she might as well put you on the pill (or whatever form you choose).
Also, you're FIFTEEN. You can get to a store and get a pregnancy test without your mom knowing if you had time to have SEX without your mom knowing.

You can get pregnant any time you are having sex. During your period, no period, whatever the case may be.. having sex = possibility of pregnancy. Use protection (condoms) and birth control (BOTH!) at all times if you don't want kids.

I can't believe you'd say 'yes' to a question like that so easily. That's sickening that he actually ADMITTED that he "likes doing it with girls who aren't experienced". That's SHOWING you and TELLING you that he's just trying to put another notch in his belt. Please, if you haven't already, don't sleep with him. He just wants to be in control.. like I said, to add another notch to his belt, and to take another girl's virginity. You think he's going to stick around? He's not. So don't count on it. And don't give in to him. Virginity is special, even if nobody thinks it is anymore.
Last but not least.. if you DO decide to sleep with him please please PLEASE make sure you're on birth control and he uses a condom. Condoms can break, and birth control isn't 100% (I've gotten pregnant on it) so make sure you use BOTH to be careful. You don't want a baby with a loser like this.

I was almost 16 before I started, and believe me you should not wish for your period. It sucks. You're normal, they're normal.. yet you don't have to worry about a crappy period. Be thankful. Don't be in a rush. Your period will be around until you're old and gray. Enjoy the time without it! :)

Make flyers. Put them up at the local grocery stores, Wal-Mart, etc. Save up (from babysitting) and put an ad in the paper if you really want some business. Make sure you have great references. Ask people who you babysit for now if they can refer you to others that need a babysitter. Word of mouth is generally the best advertising. You can also post ads online (craigslist.com in your area). Be careful and don't ever post too much private information (such as your exact address). Good luck!

ok well i babysit for 8 or more hours i get there at 8 and then leave around 2,3,4,5 and im soooo bored! i dont know what to do like they dont have T.V basically and there computer talk about old no internet im so bored of reading a book and my sister wont let me like listen to her ipod sometimes and im affraid to call ppl you can hardly hear ppl. so what do i do there. the kids dont do ne thing most of the time and well i need to get that ipod next week i can stand it! ne more!!!! oh ya and my b.f is like grounded form the computer so no Iming or w.e

You're babysitting.. you are supposed to be entertaining the kids. If they aren't doing anything, find things that you can all enjoy. Entertaining yourself isn't what you're getting paid for. I know it can be boring, but come on.. play games with the kids.. take them outside, make up stories, read stories, do something..
If I pay someone to watch my kids they had better not be worrying about watching my TV, listening to an iPod, or talking to their boyfriends on my computer.

As far as entertainment goes, I'm sure they'll give you some ideas.
With cooking, I would stick with simple meals. They will tell you what they like, so just ask them.

Ook, I want to go to a tanning booth so bad! I know they arn't safe, and everyone tells me I'll get skin cancer, but so many people tan outside in the 100 degree weather and thats just as bad! Nothing in this world is 100% safe, and thats the chance you have to take. Should I go tanning? And how dark does it make you? And since this is my first time how long should I go in, and do I have to take off all my clothes off? (link)

You don't have to take all of your clothes off, but if you don't you will have lines. So I would suggest either going topless, wearing a swimsuit, or going nude. It feels weird going nude but nobody can get in so it's not like anyone could see you like that.
Also since it's your first time, just tell the people at the salon that. They will tell you how long to go in, based on your skin tone. The first time I went in they told me to go for 7 minutes. It didn't darken me at all. I didn't go after that. They say it takes 3 or 4 times to get any darker. Some people get darker right away. It won't make you REALLY dark unless you go a lot, for long periods of time, and use really dark lotion. That's another expense, too - lotion. If you don't use it, it'll take a lot longer to get a tan. Ask the salon which one they would recommend. Usually one with a bronzer is best.

Okay i shaved one time and i go realli bad razor burn so i let it go away and my hair wetting kina long... well i went over to my friendshouse nad she said we were going to a water park teh next day so i hopped in her shower and shaved like halfway down from were my hair started(like not even to the lips down there u know) ... so like i came home today and shaved the rest and now its realli itchy and crap and like its down there bye the lips and i was wondering if that is just razor burn or could it be like a std for my friends razor or somethign!!!!! but i didnt go all the way down there with that razor and thats were it itches!!!! and theres lil red bumps were it itches...... and liek it itches right on the inside of the lips and thats it......so is it just razor burn or what (link)

That's just what happens when you shave down there. It itches, a LOT. If you do it often (like once a week), it won't itch so much each time you do it. Also, use shaving cream or moisturizer while shaving. Be careful not to get the shaving cream "down there" because it'll burn like heck. Make sure you shave the opposite way that the hair grows, and put lots of conditioner/lotion/moisturizer on after each time you shave. If it gets irritated, you can use baby powder or even Gold Bond (I think it's supposed to be for jock itch but works well). Also diaper rash cream clears it up and makes it stop itching. My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year. The first few months we started dating, he asked me the usual "virginity" questions and things like that.. I told him everything, BUT I added and took away things to make me sound ok. I still wasn't comfortable telling him everything.
After the drama of me being a "liar", I prayed, and realized that if I want this relationship to be the way it needs to, then I need to let him know EVERYTHING about me. Nothing should be hidden. So, at 4am (what a great time) I let him know.
8 months later, he has moved to my city for me, we'll be going to school together.. basically starting a new chapter. Everything is PERFECT.
I live in a VERY small town where everyone knows everyone and everyone likes to have something to say bad about someone. A guy that comes into my boyfriends store often came in to tell my boyfriend a handful of LIES about me. The things he said didn't derive from any truth.. they were literally made up off of the top of his head. My boyfriend knew this guy lies about a lot of things, but then someone I had never met before that was friends with the liar backed him up.
The liar is someone I went to highschool with, but never knew. I knew of him. The other guy I have yet to have ever met him, nor have seen in my entire life. Plus.. both guys kept saying to my boyfriend "don't tell her we said this.." That's pretty obvious to me that those were all lies.
I want to confront the liars without making a scene.
I feel like I'm 15 again.
Why can't people grow up, and why can't my boyfriend believe me??? I have been truthful to him since the one and only incident before.
I'm way past this nonsense drama. I'm ready for a future and I can't have this future here with people like that. I'm tired of people that I don't even KNOW stepping into my relationship and causing problems.

Well, short of moving away, I don't see this problem being solved. If your boyfriend cares about you, he will believe you. Plain and simple. I know it's hard to swallow, but honestly just think about it. If some girl came telling lies on him I hope you'd believe HIM and not her. He should do the same.
