I've been on birth control now for about a year. My boyfriend and I just recently had unprotected sex, without pulling out. I'm pretty good with taking my pill every night around the same time but there were two times during this cycle that I had ended up taking it the next day, including that night we had sex. I'm on the placebo pills right now and still no period. Could I be pregnant?

It doesn't matter if you pull out, it doesn't matter if you're on the pill, it doesn't matter if he uses a condom, you can still be pregnant. The only time you shouldn't be worried after having sex, is if a doctor has told you plain out and up front that you or your partner are enable to reproduce.
Now to answer your question, I don't think you are pregnant. But there is a chance that you are, and the only way to be completely sure that you are/aren't pregnant is to take a pregnancy test or wait it out until your next missed period (many hate to wait this long though).

There is an alternative called plan B, but u have to take it within 72 hours of intercourse. If you are, then good luck with your child. If you are not, than still good luck. If you find that you are forgetting or miss taking your pill for whatever reason there are alternatives like the depo provera shot that lasts 3 months or the implant that lasts 5 years etc... I would visit your doctor to check about the pregnancy thing and at the same time discuss with them the best option for you in regards to birth control.
