Yes. You just need to wash better when you take showers, and take care of them like you would take care of any white heads, black heads, or pimples on your face. No need to worry.

Its like any other part of your body that you get zits. Oil and not the greatest of cleaning. So you could just clean that area better and they will probably go away pretty soon or you could see a doctor and get a perscription to something to help get rid of them faster.
