To tell the truth i don't think you should take pills to loose weight because they can harm your body in a bad way. The healthies way to loose way if you want to is to eat fruit or a salad in the morning and don't eat after 7pm because is the food that you eat in the night that makes you a belly. Is almost the same thing as middle school but the only thing that is different is that the school is bigger. When you go you are going to love it. You know what Meli you should try to get ideas if he likes you. For example, when you talk to him have intimite question or personal question however you want to call it. But anyways ask him personal question.
