Dancing Ok so im in dance and i have been for 10 years but like i am fat and and like a dance at least 8 hours a week and i was wondering y am i not getting skinnier and i do sit ups to get rid of my fat so what am i don't wrong?

Keep dancing like always ok.Because that is you inspiration. Now eating a lot of junk food is not going to help you even though you will excersice after. Try to get as much as thesize of you hand. But eat little not that much. And don't eat every one hour wait and then eat. Also, what i do is when i eat a wait a few mins.To drink something that way the food will be able to digest well and won't make me a big stomach

You won't lose any weight if you eat a lot of junk food and then go excercise. Those two things will just cancel each other out. If you really want to lose the weight, you should eat healthy foods AND do your dancing. ]
if you dance and ever happen to stop the muscels your body has turns to FAT and if you happen to eat a lot of junk(especially sodas)you wont lose weight...you have to diet AND exercise ]
well i have been dancing for 10 years also and it does not matter if you do thousands of sit ups if you are ona bad diet. if you are eating a lot of junk food you could maybe try to cut back and you will loose a lot more weight and do some pop ups and some resistance! that will help with your lower stomach!!!!! ]
You lose 300 calories, for every hour you dance. so your burning up 2400 calories a week.
so your only burning up that much. thats probaly how many calories you eat in a day, or if you really are like fat, then your not burning up anything. so yeah ]
