I'm assuming that this is your first time shaving it. The first time the hair regrowth can drive you crazy. If you want to keep it shaven/short, unfortunately, you're just going to have to get through the few days that it's really itchy. After it stops itching, wait another couple of days and shave it again. This time it should bother you less, and keep repeating. Once your skin is used to it, it will stop itching completely after shaving. It's all about training the skin. I guarantee this will work.

the reason its red and itchy is because of regrowth (when hair regrows back down there, it comes back painful since the skin is more sensitive)

It is probubly razir burn, make sure your using shaving cream and not dry shaving also mostierizing might help. And I highly doubt its and std unless she cut herself with that razor and then you cut yourself with the razor it coudln't be a std.

I'm not really sure, but sounds like you may have a case of razor rash. When you shave areas of your body that has delicate skin, that happens. Little red bumps etc.
But I'm not an expert on that stuff, I'm not a doctor, so maybe it would be best to ask your mom or someone about what's going on.
I don't know about wheather you can catch an STD from a shared razor, but I suppose anything's possible.
It may be a good thing to check with your family doctor and make sure that you are ok. They are the best people to give advise on questions such as yours.

That's just what happens when you shave down there. It itches, a LOT. If you do it often (like once a week), it won't itch so much each time you do it. Also, use shaving cream or moisturizer while shaving. Be careful not to get the shaving cream "down there" because it'll burn like heck. Make sure you shave the opposite way that the hair grows, and put lots of conditioner/lotion/moisturizer on after each time you shave. If it gets irritated, you can use baby powder or even Gold Bond (I think it's supposed to be for jock itch but works well). Also diaper rash cream clears it up and makes it stop itching. Hope that helps you. Good luck.
