I'm thirteen and I am 5'4", and i weigh 100 lbs. I used to be really thin with a nice, flat stomache, and i only weighed 87 lbs. I think the reason I weigh more now is because this year was kind of rocky so I started eating more and mroe junk food to get my mind off of it. I'm much happier now, but I can't get my body to resist the cravings for junk food 24/7. Please give me advice on how to stop junk food cravings. (link)

First of all you are at a HEALTHY weight for your height, actually probably a little underweight so just eat healthy and exercise regularly. Dont be another teen to fall under the hollywood skinny minny image.

I know what you're going through. I had a samoyed since I was born and he had to be put down. The thing that helped me the most was to buy a new puppy (although this may not be a suitable option for you). You can also take up a new hobby or volunteer at your local animal shelter. Being around other animals will cheer you up.
