14/f i am going to be a freshman in highschool next year and when i get ready for school i just put my hair in a ponytail and jeans and a oversized sweatshirt. i dont take the time to get ready because my bus comes at 6:00a.m. and i dont like to wake up early. but for highschool i want to look good. not perfect...just put together. what are some ways that i can do my hair and waht style of clothes should i wear that are simple, dont take too much time to look nice (so i can sleep in alittle) and not have to wake up at 5:00. thanks! ill rate!

Well heres the easiest thing, pick out your clothes the night before school, something just like jeans and a shirt, some jelwerly like braclets or earings, since your hair is ushally up in a pony tale you probley have bumps in your hair, try getting a hair straighter that warms up in 1 minute, it doesnt take long to straighten your hair, it takes me about 5-10 minutes, wear some airliner and eye shadow, dont wear bright colors neither, something simple like a tanish color, something that would almost fit your skin color. Also put a little lip gloss on. and your a perfectly different person, nothing to much and without waking up 5 in the mourning. Good Luck and i hope i helped

my firends, family, just people that i am around always ask me if i cut myself since i have cuts down my arm. i need to give them a good reason for why i have these cuts. theyre actaully old scars from a while ago but they relly refuse to believe that. can u plez give me...escuses(i dno wut else to call them) of why i might have these marks?

ok, well for one, you shouldnt cutt your self, thats not a cool thing to do, i give a lot of people advice about cutting themselves becasue i used to do it too, and now i have to make up excuses too, i just amke up stories, like i fell off my bike or i ran into a fence, which i have done before haha, But i hope you dont cutt your self no more because you could get horrible skin problems, trust me i would know. But yeah some excuses..

1: you fell and your arm got caught on a fence

2: you were running outside and you ran through pricker bushes haha i used that one before and it works

3: a friends cat cut you really bad

4: a friends big mastiff (thats my dog, their really huge and they have long nails) was playing around with you and excidentally stepped on you

5: a bird or something scratched you

6: a fish hook cutt you (that happend to me before and a i have a big scar)

i have to pick between two things i reslly love a dog or a laptop what should i choose?

Think about it, If you get a laptop your going to do alot of things, like chat online or something, but a dog is something you can have for a long time, and it becomes your good friend, and it cant break down haha well if it gets hit or hurt or something like that. I think you should choose a dog because you already have a computer i think, and laptops arent really all that fun, and dogs are cute cuddly, and there for a long time. Hope i helped

Dont be afraid to tell him how you feel and ask him how he feels, Ask your self if you want to hide your feelings and let him slip away from you or do you want to let him know how much you like him and be together happily?? If its completly hard to talk to him by yourself, have one of your friends talk to him, or even if thats to hard, you can go on aol, yahoo, msn something like that and pretend your one of your friends and talk to about it. Okay, I know I'm an advice columnist, but I really need help. My best friend Rachael, dated my other best friend Evan. And that was fine. Evan broke up with her numerous times. Then they always got back together. Rachael got sick of it and broke it off for good. Then while Rachael was at camp me and Evan started going out. I only did it because I knew Rachael didn't like him still. Rachael is the um.. JEALOUS type. VERY jealous type. But still, she didn't care we were going out. She was TOTALLY okay with it. Then last night she told Evan she still liked him, and was thinking about him. With Rachael, it's REALLY obvious when she lies, so when she said she didn't like Evan, I KNEW she was telling the truth. I think she's lying about still liking Evan. But I don't know. I think she did it cuz Evan liked her still.. until he started going out with me, and Rachael thinks he still likes her. And Evan is moving 45 minutes away from here. My question is.. should I stay with him? Or not? I REALLY like him.. And his brother would drive him here every week to see us. But his mom might not let him. What should I doooo? Well, before you even do anything more with him i would get him checked up on by a doctor just incase he does have some type of std, and so then your safe and you dont have to worry about stds. Um he could possibly have an std but if its the girls first times he most likely wont, but then again it could be a lie, But both of you should get a test done just to be safe you know? um, giving head with a condom on sucks, but its the most safe, but if you know for sure that he doesnt have an std and neither do you, i dont see why you need a condom. idk what to do...i was "together" with this guy.(im 13/f-hes 14/m) hes a grade older than me but we got to know eachother this year and started going "together" this march i think. well hes really really really busy w/ sports and we used to talk atleast like 3 hours everyday. now hes going to hs and hes been acting like a jerk lately. he hasnt talked to me in a long time, and he was talking to my friend and said that its not gonna work out, but he wont talk to me so hes leaving it up for me to figure it out even though i know already. what should i do, cus im having a hard time moving on...thanks.

aww em, its ok i know how you feel, getting over a guy is extremly hard, hes also going through the teenage stages where guys start going threw changes and they become a little bit angry and asswholeish. Its going to be hard, but you should talk to him about it and let him know how you feel, and tell him that you understand that hes going into highschool and thats when most boys start changing. Also try telin him that you still have alot of feelings for him, and that you dont want them to go to waste, Also find out if he is over you or not, and if he wants you to wait untill your into the hs. Hey !! Im 15 and have had a crush on this one guy for over 4 years now (on and off) Ive had boyfriends during this time period but for some reason I keep going back to liking him. We've never been extremely close but we are friends. He's extremely cute, and has a good personality. We see each other out of school sometimes, but for some reason he will never talk to me online, wby is that? He was at my friends Swt 16 and we danced and I actually thought he'd ask me out but soon I found out he wouldn't date me because im quote "beautiful and too perfect" and he wouldnt want to just use me for sex because im more then that and im one of his friends. i know how you feel, i help many people in these types of situations. Ok well i think in your situation that you should try talking to him and let him know about these on and off feelings, I mean i have the same thing happening with one of my really good friends. Let him know that you like him and you dont want to stop liking him because hes a cool kid. I think that hoesntly even if you do try getting over him, that your feelings would come back unless if you guys dated and you seen if he is an total jackass or if hes sweet! You know? I mean that is the best way finding your "perfect one" and i think thats what you need to do, because other wise your feelings are going to keep coming back and more powerful. This is the only way i can make this short .. me and my boyfriend have been dating for over 2 months now and our relationship was going well. Like not even a week ago i started to hang out with these guys that he doesn't like or trust .. i told him that i was hanging with them and he got really pissed and we started arguing. In our relationship i am completely honest with him because i don't want to hide something from him and have him find out later from someone else and him get madder than he would've if i had told him in the first place. Well i am starting to have these feelings for a guy i've been hanging out with and i told my boyfriend. He totally flipped out because now he thinks that i like this guy more than i like him - which is NOT true at all. I love my boyfriend with all my heart and i always will no matter what happens between us. I'm just wondering if i should tell my boyfriend that we need to take a break from our relationship so i can figure out if the feelings for the other guy are deep or if i should just forget about the other guy or what?! ok, well i think that you need to talk to him about it and let him know that not all guys control the relationship, and i think that if you love him enough and you have feeligns for this other guy you should tell him that you need a break. Its the best way to find out if you can live with or without him. And if he doesnt understand then hes not worth your time. If he loves like he clames or acts, then he will let you go and if you love him too, you will go back to him. Most of the time its around 50 to 60 dollors, and it ushally would be around 6 to 7 months you have to keep it in, and it deepends on how long you had it, but ushally a good 2 days

My sister is fifteen years old, but she acts like she is at least 30. We are the same age, but I feel that im am so much more machore than she is. I try to poin her in the right direction but She doe's not seem to want to listen. My mother just stoped careing, she let's her go were ever and when ever she wants to leave. There have been roomors about my sister from everyone, But my mother refuses to listen to them dispite the way she acts and dresses. It would be great if I could get some help with her. I have run out of opptions, and am afrade of what might happen next.

Try talking to somebody, like a thearapist, someone that could talk to your sister, or maybe your self you should talk to your sister, you have to learn to be there for your sister, yeah maybe she acts like going places when she wants, but a part of her wants her mom to be there, so maybe you should talk to your mom about whats going on and tell her that she needs to be there for her kid, Hey if you really have to put her on Maury. ok..planning it isnt the part..having sex and planning it is different. People say things, but dont do the other. What you have to ask yourself is: Am i ready to have a kid if i do get one? Would i be able to take care of the kid? Am i ready to have a prosability to have a disease? Am i ready to break down to my mom and tell her that i might be pregnant? Am i old enough to have a kid? ok, cutting your self is one thing i can relate to, i used to do it all the time, every day..because i thought that it would make you feel good, and it makes you think that everything will be ok, we all think cutting yourself is going to reless the pain, ok yeah..it feels good to cutt your self when your mad, but you know what, look at it this way, and i garentee you will want to stop. I cutt my self, every single day, it dont matter how many times you do it, but i got an infection. Now, cutts could just be cutts, but sometimes it can be so much more then that, it could become and deady illness in your skin. Trust me its not a good thing to see or deal with. Some ways you could reless your anger? Fight with a pillow, yeah its rediculous, but it works. Or get a punching bag, that works too!! I have one down in the basement, and when im mad, i go down there and pretend its someone i dislike and beat the shit out of it haha, Or, if you like music, when your made go listen to your favorite music. But the best thing you could do is talk to your friends. It really works. Cry even if you have to, but always remember it cant rain forever, and sometime the sun will come out. I hope i helped alot and helped you change your mind about cutting, because its not a good thing to do, it could cost your life, or make you suffer with an infection that is horrible and wont go away.

Well you could talk about alot of things..first of all you ushally always start off by saying "hey" or "hey whats up" and then they ushally say "nothing much you?" or something like that..thats when you bring up something, you say either "nothing just watching tv, or playing a game, or thinking about some stuff," etc. Somethings you could talk about??

1: you could simply as how their day was, and what happend..anything fun?

2: if they go to your school, if anything is new

3: what you did today, or whats goign to happen

4: talk about gilfriends/boyfriends

5: if you really dont know who someone is, ask who they are, get to know them, talk about friends, family all that good stuff

Etc, you could talk about anything, all you do is figure something out. Dont be shy, just start talking, most of them times people talk right back to you about the same subjects that your talking about. Dont talk about the same things over and over, people get very anoyed. I hope i helped

Well i think that you nor him should care what they think, as long as you two are happy together you know? and if they do start being mean to your boyfriend about his looks, you should sit down and talk to them about it, and tell them how you feel about him and tell them you dont apreshiate them making fun of his looks, If that doesnt help and they start making fun of you and him, i would forget about them for a little while. Dont hate them, but just give it a brake between you guys. Dont break it off with your boyfriend because of people, thats the worst thing you coud possibly do.
