Well,I'm guessing you already have a computer. So I would definetly choose a dog. Dogs are great at giving you something to do when you're so bored. Way better than a computer if you ask me.

a laptop, then you can download pics of a dog and look at those. there is also some wierd computer game that my friend showed me where you adopt a dog or cat then take it "home" and play with it and feed it... but if you neglect it it runs away. i think a laptop is less responsibility. you dont have to clean up its shit or feed it or take it on a walk. and its funner.

I don't mean to sound rude, but if you really have to stop and think about which you would prefer bewtween a laptop & a dog, it is obvious that you are not 100% interested int he dog. If you get a dog, you need to care for it. If you are not so sure, then there is no way you should take another animals life into your hands. Go for the laptop, you are obviously not ready for a dog.

HyperactiveMiss answered Monday July 11 2005, 7:53 pm:
It really depends on you. If it were me I think I'd be leaning over towards getting a laptop or something else other than a dog. Although I've always wanted a dog and my mom won't allow me to have one, I know that it'll be a lot of hard work and attention and during my school year I'm not going to give the doggy what it deserves.

So you just have to think about all the pros and cons and decide yourself. Good luck!

I would get a dog. I mean you can get a laptop another time but if you wait for a dog, the breed you want may not be available.

A dog is someone who will be there for you. Someone who will be your friend forever. Someone you can tell all your secrets to. I would get the dog, but its really up to you!

A dog is a life long friend and doesn't get annoying viruses... but a laptop can be very useful. It comes down to whether you want a companion or convience

Well, I personally can't decide for you. But I can help! Just think of the responsiblities of a laptop and a dog. Which one will be easier if you suddenly are really busy? I would pick the laptop because my mom is allergic to dogs, I'm lazy, and I've always wanted a laptop.

I hope I helped!

DOG DOG DOG!!! If you really deep down think about it, dogs are one of the biggest joys in life, they keep you company and they will always love you. A laptop can't do anything like that!

Dogs are loyal and will always be your friend. (haha)
You already have a computer, it seems. Why do you want a laptop, when you could have a dog and name it something corny like "sprinkles"?

Think about it, If you get a laptop your going to do alot of things, like chat online or something, but a dog is something you can have for a long time, and it becomes your good friend, and it cant break down haha well if it gets hit or hurt or something like that. I think you should choose a dog because you already have a computer i think, and laptops arent really all that fun, and dogs are cute cuddly, and there for a long time. Hope i helped
