how can I loose weight?

There are sooooo many ways
but your best bet is to
run/walk for 30 minutes a day
and either eat 3 square meals a day
or 4-6 small meals throughout the day...
and just pay attention to what you eat, try more
healthy snacks...and definitly dont skip meals!
it only stores fat and slows your motabloism!its gradual but it works just stay with it!

Okay well me and my friend (lets call me "Joe"). Me and joe have been texting just as friends and everything for a couple of days now. I heard at the beginning of the year that he thought i was cute by his ex girlfriend. Anyways, he kept asking me (through text) all kinds of questions about my boyfriend and how long we have been dating, etc. Then after all that i asked him why he wanted to know all that and he said that i should break up with my boyfriend and go out with him. So, my boyfriend has about, 4 or 5 playboy posters in his room. Ya know like the half naked girls? For some reason, it really, really, REALLY, bothers me. I cant really help it. I am a male, 36 yrs. old. I move into a neighborhood about 5 years ago. My wife and I got friendly with another couple in the neighborhood. A few months went by, going out drinking, restaurants, movies etc., we were hanging out with this couple alot. Anyways one night i was on her couch and myself and Mrs. X were just sitting there. It seem fun at first and went on for over a year, almost every weekend. My wife decided she had enough, she probably seen the chemistry between myself and Mrs.x, anyways its been almost 4 years now and I am still with Mrs.X only they do not know we still see each other. I fell in love, love like I never felt before. I found my soul mate and she says she found hers. it's actually really complicated, i'm not a player.. i can promise you that. there's rarely a time where i play people. this is kinda different, i don't know what is going on in my mind.

my best friend and i had a thing before, but apparently we haven't gotten over our 'thing' yet. cause, i still like him.. and he still likes me. so i'm kind of stuck in between my boyfriend and my best friend. the thing is about my boyfriend, he can rarely go out.. and talk on the phone. but we see each other at school at the time, so what worries me is that.. what if every break comes up.. like a 3 week break or month break or something? i can't stand to not see my boyfriend for 2 weeks... because i start loosing feelings from there, hey i can't control my feelings. and most of the time, i hang out with my best friend. and my best friend acts more like a boyfriend than my actual boyfriend does. my actual boyfriend doesn't do much, i'm the person who wears the pants in the relationship... i always call.. but he sometimes never picks up.

the thing is, my best friend is probably thinking that i'm using him for things i'm not getting from my current boyfriend. but i'm not, i know it's not right... but i don't know why i keep doing it. i don't ever let anybody get into my relationships, i don't know why i let him get into my relationship. i feel alot more comfortable with my best friend than i do with my current boyfriend, because i don't know much about my current boyfriend (he's shy). me and my best friend can talk for hours and stuff, but my current boyfriend.. the longest time i talked to him was for 30 minutes, that's because i forced him to stay on the phone. -_____-" i don't know what to do, my best friend wants to talk to me tonight about something... i'm guessing it's bad, so i might have to choose my boyfriend or him. loose one and gain one.

i don't know what to do, help me please! btw, my current boyfriend is super sensitive because his last girlfriend and him had a bad break up, i'm basically his first girlfriend since his last girlfriend used him to get to someone else. and i don't want to hurt any of them..

I would honestly talk to your best friend, ask him what he feels.
Becauswe to me it seems like you to still have the connection, and if your comfortable, and can talk and have fun with him...i would'nt want to lose that.
As for your boyfriend it honestly does'nt seem like theres much there.
so you need to ask yourself which would make (you) happy, and dont worry about what other people would think and what not.

alright so i like this guy. i met him at this halloween party. we started dancing together and talking and then later a bunch of us went over to our friends house afterwards just to hang out a little more. he shows up and we were talking and he sits down on a chair and pulls me down and sits me on his lap. we start talking a little more and then we move to the couch so we could talk to eachother better without the chaos of everyone else.

so we continue talking and everything is really good and we are just watching tv and cuddling on the couch. after i leave he turns to my one friend and says how he wished he would of gotten my phone number.

the next day as i'm walking to my classes i pass him and i didn't say anything because i was texting on my phone and didn't realize that i passed him. i get a text from him and he was like "so i'm not even worth a smile or a hi or anything.?" and i said "aw i'm sorry i wasn't paying attention." so we were talking a little more
and then from then on i'd say hey to him and smile
when i passed him and he would text me and be like "thats better." and stuff like that. he also said that we should hang out again sometime and i agreed. the next week i texted him and said we should hang out sometime soon and he said yeah that would be cool. the days go by and we still haven't hung out and haven't talked as much.

i texted him the one day and said "hey how are you?" and he didn't say anything back. then it was my one friends birthday and we were throwing him a party at our friends house and the guy i like was going. so when i get there he wasn't there so i texted him and said "so i heard you were supposed to be at the b-day party tonight, so where are you!? haha" and he didn't say anything back.

so all of his friends kept telling me that they were gonna talk to him and ask him what was up and i didn't want them to because it would make things worse. so my best friend who has a class with him said that she would talk to him. and she did. she told him that i didn't want his friends to be bothering him about me and he said that he wouldn't of been bothered. and then she said that he should text me to hang out sometime because i was interested in him and he said that he would.

well its been a few days and i still haven't gotten anything. i passed him in the cafe the other day he said hey and i said hey back but then nothing after that.

so i'm so confused.. i don't know what to do.
and i don't know what to think. and i just really would like some help!!


oh and for halloween i was dressed as a "skanky inspector" cause it's halloween and you are allowed to dress skanky.. haha
and my friend told me today that the guy i like isn't into "skanky girls" cause she heard him saying that to his one friend

Ok so my best friend and I hang out all the time and we tell eachother everything. This is a guy I've never really talked to before, but I know through mutual friends. He's really outgoing, that's why I'm hestitant to draw conclusions from this. I haven't come out yet, but I recently told my close friends about a sexual experience I've had not long ago with a girl. They were interested, but strangely the question about my sexuality never came up. I think this is because I often get drunk and kiss girls, and they probably assumed that this was similar but just went further.

I have a boy friend. I know I know this sounds strange. He's 20 and we've been together for around 4 months. We've been going out on/off for almost 5 years. It's like hanging out with your best friend. I've known him since I was 8 years old and we have a laugh together. Recently he's told me he's falling in love with me again and has even told his friends that we're back together (which is a big deal to him).

I know a lot of your advice will be to break it off with my boy friend before any one gets hurt but i'm afraid that it's too late for that. I care deeply about this guy and yes, we do have sex but for me, it's like an extension of friendship. It doesn't really do anything for me. I want to continue going out with him. I am 100% in this relationship. I am committed to making him happy, and he is to me as well.

I will continue to have sexual relations with girls whilst with my boy friend. For me, this is just learning more about my sexuality and it doesn't really feel like cheating. I wouldn't have another relationship or anything like that. My boy friend knows that I am attracted to girls and we have discussed our "boundries" - he said that he doesn't mind that much about girls because his jealousy stems from insecurity about himself, and he can't compare himself to a girl.

I would like to come out to my friends. The thing is, I haven't known I'm gay for very long at all. But I'm the kinda person who tells her friends everything. Should I wait longer? Should I not tell them because of my boyfriend? My friends have met my boyfriend and they see him occasionally at parties and stuff. They wouldn't tell him I know that for sure. I also know they would be 100% supportive and are probably expecting it.

I have a friend (who I am very digusted with right now) who is a chronic and obsessive liar.

I know all about the lies she tells and have confronted her in a nice manner to no avail..these are usually lies designed to get out of trouble or to take advantage of others so not little white lies--but basically lies upon lies and elaborate lies at that. I plan to end the friendship, but she owes me a lot of money I mean thousands. She has taken advantage of me too. (I have ended the friendship in my mind, but attempting to play it cool with hopes she will pay me back)

Anyway, since this is about mental health, how does one handle an obsessive liar? Contiously confront them--which leads to arguments or should I keep my mouth shut? I have to get the money she owes me I am doomed without it. Yes the money was for something legal...in case you are wondering. I tried to help her before I found out what she was really like. Taking her to court will do no good even though I am certain the judge would rule in my favor, she still won't pay up.

Because i had a friend like this, minus the whole money thing, and its really not that hard to deal with it...because of all the wrong she's done, and pain she's caused, its easy to forget them, and theres so much stress relieved!
