Hey!
Ok i wouldn't suggest taking a pill because they can leave you drowsy the next day!
The best tip i have for you is comeplete darkness!
Use something padded to cover your eyes and lie comfortably im your bed and relax your mind!
If you constantly stay in complete darkness it will do the trick quicker than you think.
I know this is tough because if your brain is alert your eyes will want to see, however if your eyes see nothing then this will eventually tire your brain!
When you begin to see clear pictures in your head and you stop going over your thoughts this means you are close to dream land.
During meditation there is a breathing exercise where you relax your body and mind into the alpha state.
It is when you are in complete relaxation with your most calming place in mind.
If you are sucessful, once in your alpha state you will easily fall asleep!
Good Luck!.

I have a fear of VEINS. Even my own. This is irrational...please give me ways to get over this! (link)

Hey,
Just so you know I can totally understand your pain!
I also have a dislike of my veins and even my heart beat.
When you say you have a fear of your veins, is it the look of them or the feel of them or is it because they carry blood?.
It may be a fear of blood you have, other wise known as Hemophobia!
You may have minor anxiety issue's.
It's all in the mind, try and focus on something more relaxing when you think about them or when they begin to iritate you!
If anxiety syptoms get worse such as sleep deprivation or early depression, I would advise you to talk to your doctor as there are excellent tablet form medication for this type of problem.

I've been with my boyfriend for almost one year and 3 months. Lately I feel like he doesn't trust me around my guy friends. Today I hung out with two of my closet guy friends and he says that it's 'f***ed up' that I hung out with them....
He's starting to make me more frustrated and I seem like I'm crying more than I have before.
What can I do? (link)

Hey!!
The first thing to do is sit down and think!
You're boyfriend may have some minor trust issues he needs to deal with.
If this jealousy has only recently been occuring it might be a good time to talk to him about it.
It may be that he feels as if the two of you are drifting apart.
I would try and give him a bit more emotional support at this time as it could be that he feels just a little left out.
Explain to him that these guys are you friends and nothing more!
Might also be a good idea to try and get him involved with what you and your friends get up to!
