to try this to, cause i did'nt know how either...
but its really good because you can control how fast and deep he goes in you.
but you can do it with him lying down, or sitting up...
but basically you just get on top of him and you put his penis in you, and rock or slide back and forth, kind of arch your back and use your hips...
and when your on top he can also help bt thrusting underneath...

well this is usually call cowgirl position when the girl is on top, and if you dont know what your doing tell him its allwas good to be open with your partner. What you basicly do is sit on him and your in full contorl, and make sure to use protection.
