I have heard that too....but its not actually true. What your body does is eat the fat that you have. Ex.....if you have a big booty....han you body will start using that fat as a supliment. Your still going to be hungry, but it will hold your stomach a bit. Hope i have helped.

when i was younger, i was a bit chubby and i was really self conscious about it...it sucked being too big for dress up clothes. i was one of the first to wear a bra and get teased by the boys. i had a lower voice than most kids in my grade and i would feel akward singing with the class. well now, i finally took controll over my weight and im known for my singing ability as a strong alto. sounds great, but i still feel out of place. for me its a blessing to wear a size 5, when its fat-pants for someone else. i feel kind of not-as-good because im a young alto. am i making too much of this or can anyone relate? thanks in advanced and you deserve a 5 for readin this.

I just want to let you know that god made me and you the way we are. Im srry that i cant relate to you personally, but i do have a grandfather who is overwieght (extremely overwieght). He lives his live normally....but with lots of percotions. You said that you took control of your weight and that is good. Just remember to eat healthy and excercice a lot. And its good that your being reconized for your lovely ability to sing(i wish i could sing). Being a young alto is nice......you shouldnt feel bad.How do you think that most musicians break out of their shells.l They start very very young. I have the same problem with my dog. The doctor told me that it is b/c she jumps from high place (bed, couch etc). The Dr. gave my dog a pill and it made her better.....shes not limping anymore. If the Dr. hasnt givin her a pill ask him to. We still havent tooken the dog to get the surgery b/c she is better. It is up to you and your Dr.(ofcourse the Dr. is going to say that she should have the surgery......juss to get $$ out of you). So its mainly up to you. I know you said that you wanted to eat healthy but you could also have those deliciouse junk food and go to the gym burn some calories, build some muscles and you will gain weight. Ok,i have this friend Lilly. I really like lilly..she was there when i first moved and stuff. We had a group -- Me Lilly Sarah Ali and Chelsea. We all split up. Okay, there is this guy (his name is Gage Tyler) that I am like crazy for. Being hispanic is a pride....(it is for me). On June 19 it is going to be a year that i had my sweet 15. It is something that is a tradition in the hispanic culture. Dont think about your friends as much. A sweet 15 and sweet 16 is the same thing except one is spanish and the other is english. Your friends will enjoy a sweet 15 as much as a sweet 16. It is the same thing. There is going to be music, food, dancing etc.....in both. It is up to you. I personally think that its better that you have a sweet 15. Its something that you and your family can look at together. Its a great memory. Well you need to know at what things you get mad at easily and try to avoid the suituation. Or you could stay and confront your temptations and tell ppl that you are getting mad but you want to overcome that emotion so anything that you say or do you dont mean.
