Excersize and if you can get the dance or excersize dvd/vidio's and it makes it so much funner and you don't have to stress with crunces or what ever that are not really great in the first place! If you really buckle down on thease things then the waight will come off really fast.
Oh and drinking water with lemon juice will make pounds just FALL off! Drink it wll the time if you can...It works just as good as slimfast or any other diet drink and maybe even faster!
