I am going to be a model and i wanted to know if any of you have any suggestions on how i can lose 5lbs fast

Hey,
Well you could start jogging every night, start by doing 3 sets of 25 sit ups and 2 sets of 25 push-ups. You could also go to the gym. You can also lay down on the floor, put your hand under your buttom and lift you legs 6inches off the ground for 30 second. That will also tone your stomach. Do 3 sets of 15. Hope i have helped.

I so hate to tell you but you are going to have to do the old fashin no fats/carbs diet! Excersize and if you can get the dance or excersize dvd/vidio's and it makes it so much funner and you don't have to stress with crunces or what ever that are not really great in the first place! If you really buckle down on thease things then the waight will come off really fast.
Oh and drinking water with lemon juice will make pounds just FALL off! Drink it wll the time if you can...It works just as good as slimfast or any other diet drink and maybe even faster! So I hope I helped and I hope that you lose your wait!

i would work out and mybe stay away from those fast foods and deffinaly EXERSISE a ton..5 pounds isn't that hard to loose
