When it comes to liquid eyelineR oR pencil eyelineR, it's just a peRsonal pRefeRence. HoweveR, if you ask... chances aRe that most people will tell you that pencil is a betteR choice. It's a gReat staRt foR a beginneR who is just getting used to it. If you mess up, pencil is A WHOLE LOT easieR to clean up and Re-do than liquid would be. And if you plan on caRRying it aRound in a puRse oR pocket.. you also face a chance that the liquid may Ruin [though I don't suggest caRRying eyelineR in youR pocket]. And if you do mess it up, just take a tissue and slowly Run it along the Rim of youR eyelid.. it'll come Right up. Now, the desiRed effect of eyelineR is to cReate the illusion of daRkness just above the lashline to enhance the look of the lashes. To apply it, gently hold youR eyelid down, and staRt at the inneR paRt of the lid [closest to youR nose]. Then just simply dRaw a thin line smoothly and evenly along the uppeR lid, getting as close to the lashes as possible. Also, make shoRe you dRaw the line all the way to the outside coRneR. It's sounds like it's just RazoR buRn. It would pRobably be a good idea foR you to expeRiment with diffeRent types of shaving cReam. I Recommend tRying Skintimate shaving gel. And as foR RazoRs... I peRsonally have been using BIC lately, and I neveR have any soRt of iRRitation whatsoeveR. Of couRse, it could be completely diffeRent with you, so ya neveR know. Just tRy new things eveRy once in a while. And always make shoRe to shave in the showeR when plenty of wateR is available, and neveR eveR dRy shave. Also, it's always best to shave in the diRection of the haiR's gRowth, and geneRally this is downwaRds. AfteR you feel you've shaved eveRything all away, I say give it one swipe upwaRds, just to go in foR a full clean, and things should be good. Hopefully this has been of SOME help to you!! =D

Make a schedule, and stick to it. Go home immediately afteR school, and staRt youR homewoRk Right away. Find a quiet space wheRe you will not be inteRRupted, and make ABSOLUTELY shoRe to tuRn off youR cellulaR, computeR and television! Do not allow youRself to go anywheRe oR do anything OTHER than schoolwoRk til all of it is completely done. It may seem like a silly, oveRly stRict solution, but hey... school takes dedication, haRdwoRk and effoRt -- that's the only way.
