Wright in a notebook, or talk to you're friends about the problem's you're haveing. Hope I helped you, bu bi now... SeLmA 0x` [ PREPPYxBRUNETT3's advice column | Ask PREPPYxBRUNETT3 A Question ]
cailoisa answered Sunday May 22 2005, 9:25 am: For most people, it's nothing like cutting. It's a way to release nervous tension. It's much more like biting your nails. I used to do the same thing (now I have a line of scars on my lip). I've stopped, but now I play with my tongue ring almost constantly. [ cailoisa's advice column | Ask cailoisa A Question ]
voicesofangels2k answered Sunday May 22 2005, 8:06 am: Sounds like more of an anxiety type behaviour. My daughter picks scabs and stuff like that as well. I've been working with her on that. Each time I see her start doing that, I have to remind her not to because it will leave scars. [ voicesofangels2k's advice column | Ask voicesofangels2k A Question ]
Julie174 answered Sunday May 22 2005, 8:00 am: Well, biting your lip is normal but to make them bleed and then bite them again? I'm not so sure. But picking at scabs til they come off is normal because I've babysat kids all the time and they've picked at scabs and then my friends do, and i probably still do but i havent had a scab in a while. im pretty sure picking at scabs would be nothing like cutting. Cutting is worse.

SeXy101 answered Sunday May 22 2005, 2:23 am: no its nothing like cutting... at least i dont think so... however you may want to try and get some medicine becuase its not good for your lips. the only way it would be considered cutting is if it was with a blade or something sharp... i would say it was a bad habbit though so all i can say is try and get some medicine that doesnt taste good so you'll stop messing with your lips :D
hope i helped [ SeXy101's advice column | Ask SeXy101 A Question ]
