My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

okay well my friend doesn't really have that many friends nd ALOT of people hate her and like i like her but she can be REALLY annoying. and if i dont put her in my profile for AIM she gets pissed off but then im gunna lose alot of friends if im friends wit this girl so wat should i do?

You're gonna loose a lot of friends by being friends with her? Personally I think that is just shallow. If she gets annoying then just tell her that you dont always have to put her in your profile and that you have other friends then just her. I mean if you are her friend only because you want to be nice then seriously thats just wrong. Maybe thats not why. If a lot of people hate her for whatever reason tell her that and maybe she could change her personality and the way she acts. The friends you loose for being her friend are def. not your true friends and its just redicoulous if people get mad at you for them. Since she doesnt have that many friends maybe you should help her make new friends. How would you feel if you were in her position? Not very good. But good luck! ll ♥ ll

i was w/a guy for 3 years them he moved to texas and now he came back after a year and people told him alot of mean things aboutme and npw he hates me any advice will rate high if advice is good.

Let him know that none of those things are true. If he knew you back then he knows that you are'nt that type or person!! He should belive you. Just make sure you talk to him tho and let him know. ll ♥ ll

okay well i got my period summer before 7th grade.. and im in the summer before 9th grade right now....and i still havent used tampons!! at first i really just, didnt feel the need to..but now i feel the need to and all my friends do and i just cant.. ive tried a couple times but idk.. ive done it with a mirror on the floor, and one of my legs on the ground and one up.. so i can see what im doing.. and it looks as if there is something blocking where i am supposed to be putting it... does that sound normal? i REALLY want to just somehow shove it up there but i dont know exactly what im doing.. ive read instructions and even books made for girls called Caring For Girls... please help i think there issometing wrong with me down there... thanks a bunch sry if i grossed you out=)

You are old enough to wear a thong so when you && your mom are out shopping just be like mom.. I wanna wear a skirt but I seriously dont want to wear panties because it you will have a panty line and that is just embarassing! I dont think that starting a relationship right now isnt a very good idea. I mean you can def. tell him how you feel but long distance relationships are very hard. You will miss him crazy eather if you are with him or not. You could write him a note or just tell him in person. Give him something that he can remember you by. In the note yuo could just let him know how you feel and thatyou still care about him a lot. ll ♥ ll

So, I went in for a second interview & the manager really liked me so I got hired for a job but no more than 30 seconds later I was fired due to the only time I could arrive for work is 45 minutes after my shift starts due to the time my school lets out & drive time to get there. I can't work on Thursdays & Fridays because of Cheerleading related things. He guarenteed me a job in January when football season is over. He told me to call him if anything changed. I was thinking of calling him because I figured I could make it about 30 minutes late instead of 45 also, I could work on weekends if I couldn't get weekday hours. Should I call?

That is just 15 minutes earlier and thats not a really big difference. You might get fired again or he just wont accept that. Well I would wait until the season was over or you could just talk to the manager and let him know your plan. Maybe he owuld let you have the job again. Just call to make sure. ll ♥ ll

Do you have any family that has younger kids? You couild start there and your parent's friends might have kids so babysit them. If you put flyers up around your neighbor hood that might get a lot of peoples attention. But for now just start with family && friends and ask them if they know any people. ll ♥ ll

I just got back from a two 1/2 week vacation to california. Me and my best friend hung out so much before I left. When I got home I called her immeaditly and she was like Hi. None of us can tell you ecacly why your friend wont call you. Maybe her other friends have been calling her and asking to hang out but you havent. Just callher one night and see whats up. hey i been friends with Ashely for about 6 years and we are best friends and we were going out to dinner and a movie with group of friends and i pick here up and i walk in and i show her cuting her self and her dad and mom was not home i dont want Ashely to get her or i know some times u can die from cutting your self do u think i should tell some one or just keep it to myself?

If you tell someone your best friend will be really mad at you. cutting is very serious and if can lead to death or other things. Before you tll an adult talk to your friend and try to help her stop. Ask her why does she do it and you just have to let her know that you are always going to be there for her no matter what. Make her feel better and just hide all the cutting things she uses. If she doesnt stop tell her that you are thinkign about telling an adult becase she needs help! Instead of cutting there is many other things she can do that would make her feel better but hurting herself is defenetlly not one of them. When you tell someone I bet that they will suggest that she sees a counslor which wont make her happy but sometimes tehy really could help her out. Just show her that you really care about her and that you dont want her doing that to herself and all the bad things that can happen. Life is short so live it up. Be careful with him. If he has a reputation of being a player && if all he wants is sex or head dont belive him when he says I love you.
