if he does ask you out, just tell him you like him better as a friend. simple as that. usually if a girl goes into more depth with trying to be nice, it ends up hurting the guy even worse, than just a simple rejection.

i've known of sex that has went on like for 5 hours.
and then i know sex that is no longer than 5 minutes.
but an average of about 30 minutes - 1 hour. i'd say.
i don't have an ideal sex time. as long as the sex is good, i don't care how long it lasts.

well ipod nanos range from about $130-$200. & my boyfriend & i have been together for 14 months & we always make sure we both spend no more than $100 just so neither of us will feel bad if one spends more than the other.
i think thats what you guys should do. if he wants to buy you something within those price ranges then maybe its not that bad of a gift, but just 5 months? i mean, couldn't you wait until next year?

well like i told someone else about a christmas gift; a basket full of little things you know he'd like is a cute idea. such as cds, movies, shirts, games, etc.
or you could just buy simple things like outfits + a cd, or idk. guys are pretty simple to shop for.

Okay, I just starting going out with my amazing boyfriend, (who just happens to be my best friend's ex, but she knows and she's not mad)and we went to the movies last night, and had an incredible night. We kissed, we told each other we loved each other, and pretty much everything else. He tried to make out with me the whole movie, but after I got my point across that I wasn't going to make-out with him the whole movie, he finally stopped, and we just held hands, cuddled, and flirted. I thought he was going to stop liking me because I didn't want to continue as far as he wanted me to, but he called me after our date, and we only talked for a few minutes. Now, here's the thing: I told my best friend (his ex) about our date, and all she could tell me was that everything he said and did was only a game to try to get in my pants. I believe her, but I really like him. (I would never give in to having sex with him, though) So, is there any advice anyone could give me on how to deal with this whole situation?

Am I the only one alive who thinks it's terrible that kids (13-16) are having sex? I'm only 18, but when I was 13, I was riding my bike and doing karate, not giving blowjobs on the school bus. even though i lost my virginity when i was 13, i agree with you. & no, that doesn't mean i'm contradicting myself.
when i was 13 no one was doing these things & my boyfriend at the time, pressured me into. i do regret it, as much as i try not to.
i'm not sure why kids feel the need to have sex? i'm thinking its because it makes them feel older & more superior to others. so they can be like "OMGGGGG&@^!!! I HaD sExXxX && iM oNlY 3tEeN." preferrably, i think it's sick. & i don't think tv/movies/songs/etc. should encourage this epidemic.
truthfully, i feel sorry for the kids who are growing up in this generation. my 7 year old sister can already give a full depth definition of what sex is, because she seen movies with it in it, it's literally disgusting.

My and my "boyfriend" just broke up nine days ago. It feels like months, because he asked someone out right after he broke up with me. I was heartbroke, I was crying everynight. at first its going to be really awkward regardless of the amount of time you waited to talk to him, he's your ex who started dating someone immediately after you guys broke up.
