The loss of your period (for three consecutive months) is called Amenorrhea. When this occurs due to loss of weight it means that the person who this is affecting is unable to bear children. This means that you won't get pregnant.

Ok. this year I am trying to be friends with everyone. there is this one girl i had a crush on 7 years ago and when everyone found out they made fun of her. Part of my conscience says she hates me now. I would like to start over just as friends, but, she's avoiding me and I am too nervous to talk to her.

Confront her about it. Nothing is going to happen if you don't say anything. Just be open and tell her how you feel. It she's worth it at all she'll listen.
