i'm 14/f. i weigh like 134 or something like that. i'm like 5,2. & my goal is to be 120 by june 1st. first of all i CAN'T run?! i don't know i have asthma, and i just can't do it. and i don't know the meaning of eating healthy. i ALWAYS eat mcdonalds! uhh. is there anything i can do? i wanna loose weight + shape up my stomache, and thighs. (and get rid of cellulite, uhh.) i'll try my HARDEST to limit the mcdonald's. any advice? tysm. :)

okay, if you can't cut out mcdonalds, try going to subway instead when you go out to eat. It helps, and you feel better about the choice you made :)

but yeah. for excersises, just try doing a couple sit ups every now and again and go for a brisk 30-minute walk.

okayy im 15 and im in love with my boyfriend. so we had sex. and i think i might be pregnant.i had protected sex its just i havent had my period for like almost 3 months and i throw up a lot on random mornings. and i eat so much more than usual latley. and on top of that i cant see my abs anymore! i think im pregnant and im deatly afraid of what to do.! i dont know how to tell anyone. and i dont want to take a test cuz i know ill be right. i just dont wanna know the truthh. i cant handle a baby; things are too rough for me already. what WHAT SHOUD I DO!? The only way you can really find out if your pregnant, is if you TAKE THE TEST! i know the results might be difficult to handle, but at least you'll stop stressing about it and know what to expect if you are.

next..whatever you do, PLEASE do not get an abortion. not only does it kill your baby, but it emotionally messes you up a little. and you'll regret later on in life. If you can't handle having a baby, why were you having sex in the first place? yes, it was protected, but there's always a chance of you getting pregnant.
But anyways, if you can't handle the baby yourself, put it up for adoption. and maybe you can actually pick out the parents who get to adopt your child.

Ok so earlier in this yr I was about 92-94pounds, then around Dec I was 94-97. Now Im like 100-103. Was it just the winter months (we all gain a few pounds) or what? i really want to get back down into the mid 90s. Im starting to (ok today I started and will continue) eat better and excersise and only eating 'junk' food on the weekends.

I mean you dont notice it but my stomach is "puffy", theres no fat on my pelvic bone but my lower back is "puffier" too. (I guess im gettihng love-handles)

Is speed walking a good thing to do? I heard crunches/situps can make it puff out more. And about how long if you really commit to excersising to 3-4 days a week?

i wouldn't eat less then 500 calories. doctors advise you to eat at LEAST 1200. so yeah, the person below me isn't exactly correct.

but anyways. just eat healthy foods. cut out all junkfoods and soda. diet sodas are okay on occasion but dont' go crazy.

when your excersising, try burning 500 calories of what you eat a day. in a week, you should burn at least 3500 calories of what you eat the entire week. but don't limit your eating. but yeah, burning 3500 calories = loosing 1lbs of fat. remember thats FAT not Lbs.
for excersising activities, running sounds perfect. running, walking, jogging, whatever.

don't get obsessed about loosing weight. your body height and weight sound perfect for your height. and your body is still developing, so your going to gain weight.

Do NOT stop eating, whatever you do...its not worth it.
1600 calories a day should be great. and if you have any freetime, and your watching TV or something, try doing some situps or crunches while watching it.

and your weight might actually go up a little, because you know how muscle weighs more than fat soo..

Hey. So, I'm thirteen, about 5 feet and I think like 97 pounds. I REALLY want to lose some weight. I try going on diets, but it never works, and I have like an inability to fast, or not eat.

I need help, how can I lose weight in a living area where I have little to no room to exercise? I need tips on what I can eat, that isnt gross.

Try the "no diet-diet". its like..when your on a diet, but you can still have certain foods, just not so much of it.

for instance, for supper, you can have either a sub or a slice of pizza. since you won't be so tempted to eat the pizza, you'll go for the sub. but even if you do take the pizza, you won't feel bad about cheating.

i don't know if i explained that to you right. but its worth a shot.

and for excersises..uhm. try doing around fifty crunches a day while your watching TV or just laying aorund, it really does help.

1. it looks like a discharge but instead its more heavy, and blood.
2. sometimes you can feel it, mostly when you stand up or something.
3. Pantyliners are like mini-pads. so if you do have a discharge, your underwear wont' be wet or whatever.

for the past 2 weeks ive been running for about 15 minutes on a tredmil and eating less. also cutting out candy, unnessicary snacks, and junk food. sometimes i just get super hungry and i feel like i over eat at times, like i just ate a slopy joe, glass of milk, apple sause, and craft cheese single. i know its not alot but i feel like i stuff myself when i get really hungry.


my daily meals are like, breakfast- cereal lunch- sandwitch, fruits and veggies, and some kind of crackers? dinner- usually a full meal. i grabbed a hand ful of wheat thins after school and then afer i run i usual have a half a sandwitch. is this good enough, what else can i do?

your doing everything great.

you can try lifting weights and doing crunches.
maybe around..thirty a day?

ok so me and my best guy friend are really close. he has a girlfriend who is also a good friend of mine. last summer i started liking my guy friend and then i found out he was going out with my other friend and i was completely devestated yet happy for them because they make a cute couple. they've had their problems but at the moment they're stable in their relationship. when his girlfriend isn't around me and my best guy friend have cuddled at parties and he's smacked my ass and we've had phone sex a couple times. when she is around he'll cuddle with both of us and i know my girl-friend is fine with that because she knows that im not the boyfriend stealing type. but now im worried that i really love my guy friend as more than a friend. we've told each other that we love each other but it was just friendship love. sometimes when we're online he'll treat me like his girlfriend and call me baby and love but as soon as his girlfriend comes online he'll pay more attention to her because i know he really loves her. my problem is that i really feel this need that i have to tell him i love him because i've already made a mistake by not telling him before he had a girlfriend. i don't want him to break up with his girlfriend and go out with me because i could never do that to my friend. what should i do???

i would just tell him how you feel.
there's nothing worse than sitting there trying to figure out if he likes you or not. so just tell him and find out for yourself.
if you don't do it soon, you WILL regret it and you'll be feeling sorry for yourself for a long time.
even if he doesn't love you back, at least you will know how he feels, and you can try to move on..

okay, me & my best friend have been friends since 7th grade. we're like sisters cause our bond is so strong. well we haven't hung out in a while because her mom all of a sudden hates me for nothing, so we haven't been able to chill for a little while. well we were supposed to go to a concert together on sunday [the 18th]. her dad said she could go, her mom said she couldn't. then her dad said that she couldn't go because he didn't wanna hear her mom's shit. [her parents are seperated]. anyways, i thought well "okay, i'll find someone else to go with." i found someone else, but the night before the concert my "bff" says "oh babe, we're gonna hang out tonight & whatever." and her dad said she could, but then she said she wasn't feeling well so she wasn't gonna come. bailage NUMBER ONE.

now she told me "babe i promise we'll hang out next week! even if they say no, nothing's stopping me from spending time with you! i miss hanging out!" cause we used to hang out like everyday. i just texted her a little bit ago asking her what she was doing tonight but she texted back saying her niece broke her arm so she has to take care of her. maybe i'm wrong, but since she's not the mother or the caretaker of the child, shouldn't be living her teenage life? she's 15 and she's had to grow up too fast because her sister doesn't know how to have kids & take care of them too. she just plops them in front of a tv or drops them off somewhere & then totally doesn't take care of them. she leaves it to her little sister [my bff.] i'm sick of never being able to hang out with her anymore, and she promised me.

we talked about this last time she couldn't hang out, and she promised, so now what? she has to stay home & take care of her neice, so now i've got nothing to do, and it's another week of not seeing my best friend. NICE. so what do i do? i don't wanna be mad at her, but i feel i have no choice. she keeps bailing or something "comes up." what do i do?

i think you really just need to talk about it with her. tell her ow you feel and you don't like feeling like that. explain how important your friendship is with her and you really don't want to loose her as a friend. maybe there is something going on that she just hasn't told you about. try to find out. tell her that you're there if she needs to talk.
