(Rating: 5) lol my step mom has that book! that diet sounds pretty intense, very healthy.. im the bad kind of vegetarian who eliminated meat and just ate crap so overall gained weight.. i gained ten lbs so i wanna lose it. lol thanksss

(Rating: 1) I appreciate the effort, but there are a couple of things wrong with your answer. a) I am an adult. I have different dietary needs from a growing teenager, as I have stopped growing. b) I have done the research on the diet. I'm very careful to stay hydrated, and I take multivitamins every day. I'm actually eating very healthily now. Please don't assume that I want your advice on whether or not to do the diet; I've made my decision. What I needed was a response based on experience of someone who has done the diet. Sorry about the 1, but you both insulted my intelligence and disregarded my question entirely.
