okay you defenitly should not eat mcdonalds!
try to eat salads (there actually really good)
if u dont really like salads think of stufff you like exp: apples stuff like that and put it on lettuce. and wraps are good to
maybe you could swim but you need to find something physical to do ]
If you can't run, walk. Walking is just as good for you, and easy on the joints. I have Fibromyalgia (which basically translates into chronic pain) and I've found that walking has helped me immensely, with pain, stamina, and weight loss. Plus you get fresh air and a change of scenery.
As for eating healthy foods, fruits, veggies, and lean meats are your friends. Try and eat whole grains instead of processed ones. It's very much common sense, and looking at the labels. Go take a look at the nutritional information on the McDonald's website, and I bet you'll think twice before digging into the food.
Just be careful with the food that you don't get TOO obsessive. It's an easy trap to fall into. Basically, find healthy things that you enjoy, eat when you're hungry, and find ways to get moving. ]
okay, if you can't cut out mcdonalds, try going to subway instead when you go out to eat. It helps, and you feel better about the choice you made :)
