How can i loose weight!? How can i loose weight!!?? Without working out because i have noo time right now because of homework and everything. Like what should i eat? Everyday should i just stop eating? Eat alittle less please tell me what kind of ffoods i should eat to loose weight.

Do NOT stop eating, whatever you do...its not worth it.
1600 calories a day should be great. and if you have any freetime, and your watching TV or something, try doing some situps or crunches while watching it.

Don't stop eating! That is so harmful to your body! I suggest eating fruits and vegitables, salmon, fish, boiled chicken, eggs, eat balanced meals, have big breakfasts, not huge lunchs, and a good dinner. But you really cant lose weight without exercising. Those two things go hand in hand. ]
