do some situps or crunches. 4 sets of twenty.

pushups work too. maybe around thirty..

and your weight might actually go up a little, because you know how muscle weighs more than fat soo..

hope i helped.

Cardio burns fat, if you want to lose flab, do cardio. Start about 3 times a week for 30 minutes, then go to four times for an hour and such. Also, crunches work when done right. Seventeen magazine, or online has many ways to keep your stomach tight. However, you have to be willing to keep up the exercise routine or else you'll never see any results.

Do about 50-100 crunches a night. Keep your feet flat on the floor about 6 inches away from your butt, hands behind your head, and back flat. Lift up your torso using your stomach muscles, it may help to put your feet under a couch or a bed to keep them down to make sure you're only using your stomach muscles. Inhale as you sit up, exhale on your way down, otherwise a pooch could start to form. Concentrate on doing them correctly and your breathing.

Good Luck <3

Alrighty. I suggest crunches, situps sometimes give people back problems. Alright so, lay on your back and put your legs up so they are bent on your bed. kind of like if you were sitting on a chair, except your back is on the floor. Got that? So, before you go to bed, or when you get home if you can {and before you go to bed} do 25 sit ups, do this for about 3 days. Then, increas that to 35. Then, to 50, then to 60, then to 75, then to 90, and eventually 100. Dont try and skip this process, you will only end up hurting yourself. DO CRUNCHES, not situps. This should help you out a lot. HOpe i helped!

Crunches, but don't start doing crunches until you lose the stomach flab. Do cardio for an hour 5 times a week. Once your stomach is more flat, start to do crunches.
