Hello, I was hoping you could help me out on this problem; it may be a little long, sorry.

I don’t know how to start, I mean, this is about my guy friends. I don’t know which ones I should spend my time with, and which I should not. Let me start from the beginning. I have these guy friends which I have known for about 3 years. They were with me since elementary school, throughout middle school. Three out of the five of them, I still talk to throughout this summer. We are all going to different high schools, just to let you know. Okay, so I have realised which out of the five, are my true friends and which weren’t. So that was settled, I would spend my time with those three and my girl friends. Then, they are the guys from middle school I met this April, grade 8 year. They have always been in my school, but I had never talked to them before. They are three guys. We had our laughs and jokes and everything through the year and up to Graduation. At Graduation, we took many pictures and had a great time. After that, the only time we talk is on msn. Okay, that was some background information, and here is the difficult part. The three guys I mentioned earlier (The one I went to elementary school with), they actually call me up and talk to me and make plans. So I know that they care. The three guys that I met in April are a different story. Seems like I always have to start a conversion with them, they never start one with me. One of those three guys, lets call him C, he actually starts a conversation SOMETIMES, and talks properly. We met up ONCE. The other guy, lets call him N, he NEVER starts a conversation with me on msn, I always have to start it, and when he talks, it seems like he doesn’t want to talk to me. The last one, lets call him B, he only talks to me if I start a conversation with him, or if it is in the night and no one else is online. The other three guys (the ones I went to elementary school with) they would always start a conversation with me and wouldn’t hesitate. They are always there for me. See, those three guys, (B, N, C), they are close with my some of my other girl friends, but it doesn’t seem like that with me. I mean, one of my best friends, she always on msn and therefore her and N got closer. B and my other friend are probably going to start dating soon, and C is always busy with his own stuff. I use to have a crush on B and N, and I know I am just jealous that they are all so close and I am not. I have read and I know, that I should pay attention to the people who care about me, not the others one. But there is always that side of me that wants to talk to them all day. I feel horrible, because I feel like I am giving much more importance to the ones who do not care rather then ones who do. I just really don't know, if I should try and “save” the friendship that we have or should I not because we are all going to different high schools anyways. I should not make them a priority in my life when I am just an option in there’s. How can I stop thinking about them and start focusing on the ones who really do care for me? I really do try, but something just keeps pulling me back to them. I guess i just want to keep my image in their minds.

If the boys you've just met this April have not been true, then you already know the answer to your question. I think you've known it all along, but you were scared of it.

Honestly, the boys from elementary school have ALWAYS been there. Chances are, they always will be. They've stuck around, so you know they're true.

However, the things you stated about these other guys just proves that you shouldn't stay friends. I think you should try to save the friendship BUT it's a two way effort. Each of you have to be willing. If they put no effort in, then you already know that you shouldn't bother.

Do what makes you happy. If they don't bother to try, then drop the friendships with them & stay true to your elementary crew. Good luck, and I hope this helped in some way possible.

I've noticed you've been asking these questions about yourself a lot.

Appearance isn't everything.

Want bigger boobs? Wear a pushup bra.
Want a different hair color? Dye it.
Want a different eye color? Get contacts.
Want smaller thighs? Tone them by jogging.
Want a nice ass? Get a stairclimber.

Just stop posting these questions. It's easy to get the results you'd like if you just use some common sense.

There is this guy i used to go out with, but we broke up and are still good friends. I havent seen him in almost a month and we ocasionally talk on the phone and computer. Well he called me one night and made plans to hangout with me the next day after he go home from work. I was all excited (i still like him more then a friend) so it was 5 and i figured he would be calling soon. well then it was 6 and then 6:30 and i still didnt hear from him so i text him asking if he was home from work yet and no response. so around 8 that night he texts me and was like i had a soccer game and thats it no appologie no phone call he couldnt even call before the game and let me know. well this is not the first time he's done this, is this a sign or message he is trying to send. he acts like he still likes me and wants to be with me and treats me like im his girlfriend, but then goes and does stuff like this. pleaseee someone let me know there oppinion.

There's two chances here:

Chance One: You could just be a piece of ass. He could see you as nothing but a hookup but treat you like more because he knows it'll work. I think you should pick who you talk to very carefully.

If chance one doesn't seem valid to you, then there's always chance two. Observe:

Chance Two: He could've very well forgot to tell you he had a game. If he was busy getting ready for it & heading to there from work, it's easy to forget things. You can't say you've never been in a rush & forgot something. Everyone has done it. I do that at least twice a week, if not a little more.

Basically, just think about it. Call him sometime this week & ask what happened. He's the only one who can tell you an honest answer [unless he's been dicking around with you this whole time].

It's like an impact feeling. It can be good and/or bad. If it's a good feeling, it'll almost be like excitement & make you real happy. If it's a bad one, it'll feel like you just got stabbed.

I would like someone who actually knows what they're talking about to answer this:

I'm currently working on writing my second novel. I'm not going to go into details about it, but. . .
In it a girl is raped and then kills herself. It's not discovered that she was raped until after she's buried. What kind of evidence would be needed to prove that she was raped? Would a diary that she kept be entered as evidence? What kind of sentencing would be given for the guy that raped her if it was proven that he did?

Okay, I've thought about a second ending. What if she tried to kill herself and the guy that raped her was there and she immediately regretted taking the pills? If she asked him to help her and he just stood there doing nothing, could he be charged for that as well as rape? Would a tape recording of the whole ordeal be sufficient evidence to charge him and what type of sentencing would he get if he was proven guilty of raping her and not aiding her?

I would appreciate any answers or insight!

I think there could be LOTS of evidence given. Diaries she's kept could be helpful to the solving of the case, as well as saved conversations between them on her instant messenger or MySpace.

Him being there when she kills herself could be evidence, but it could also be an assumption. If there was a tape of everything going on, he could be charged with that. And as for how long he'd do time if proven guilty, I would probably say he'd get a good few decades in prison. Possibly less than that though. It all depends on the state & the laws.

I don't know if this would help, but I can imagine it would. Contact the police & ask them but tell them your cause or else they'll think you're doing something completely different.]

NYY and BRS are VERY MUCH rivals. If you were to wear Red Sox clothing/accessories to a NYY game, the chances of you getting dirty looks, rude comments & other things are extremely high. A person from NY went to Boston & got beat up the day the Red Sox won the world series. So, I would definitely not suggest it.

14/f. i am going to be a freshman this year, my first year at highschool and i am really scared about it becuase i've heard it is so much different than middle school. I am very bad at saying comebacks to people who are mean to me and i just kind of sit there feeling awkward when they are staying all this stuff. i know all that is going to get worse when i get to highschool so how do i learn what to seay to people that say stuff to me? thanks!

Saying things to people will get you into a ton of trouble with upperclassmen if you're not careful about what you say.

If someone bothers you, just tell them to fuck off. I use that a lot & people hardly ever start with me.

However, I suggest you suck it up now because no one is going to baby you especially because you're a freshman.

I doubt they'll fill in the hole. It's not a stupid idea. I actually think it's a good idea. There should be an appropriate moshpit/throwdown pit for people who do that. When there isn't one, bystanders tend to get hurt. I can recall getting punched in the face a few times at shows.

So this is a good idea, and I don't think they'll fill it in.
