No, counting cards is not counting the number of cards at the casino. Card counting is a skill that a few, like myself, posess. What it is is you see which cards have been played. AKA, if you are playing texas hold'em, and 3 2s are shown, and you have a 2, you know that you have the only 4 of a kind at the table. Yet, it is also can come in games like war, where you memorise that your ace is after a 4-7, and when you see the 4, you are ready for the ace to come. It is illegal at casinos to count cards. A card counter is not a job, it's considered a hobby. I somehow learned how to count cards at a young age, and it is very difficult to explain...

1. The best way to cope with drama is to avoid it. If your friend says to side with her and not talk to him, just tell her that you are not taking a side, and you want no restrictions on you. Tell her that you both have good points. If she yells at you for it, just remain firm with that stance. Especially if there is a compromise stance in it.

There are 11 guys on the offense. The Center is the guy who hikes the ball to the quaterback, who is the one that catches in. Flanking the center are the 2 Guards (Right and Left), and the 2 ends (Right and Left). These guys are the offensive line and block the defensive line who tries to tackle the quaterback before he gets rid of the ball.
The Running Backs are people who allign next to the QB, and are usually given shoert passes or handoffs. They try to run to the touchdown. The Wide Receivers run down the field, and the Quaterback can throw to them. There are usually 2 of them.
The defense also has 11, but these vary. They have a defensive line, who's goal is to tackle the quaterback, and provide the first line of defense against a running back. The second line of defense are the linebackers, who worry about the runner if he gets past. There are 2 cornerbacks, who worry about the wide receivers, and attempt to deflect passes, and the safeties are in the way backfield in case the person gets past all lines of defense.

The rules of football are simple. You try to get the ball into the endzone, or the touchdown area. You do, and you get 6 points, and a chance at an extra point by kicking a field goal. A field goal can also be kicked without scoring a touchdown, and that is worth 3 points. In the game, you get 4 chances to gain 10 yards. If you do not, the other team gets the ball. If you do, you get another 4 chances at another 10 yards. At any time, you may opt to kick a field goal for 3 points, or punt, giving the other team the ball at a spot much more distant that the endzone behind you.This is on offense. You may also fumble, meaning you have the ball and drop it, or throw an interception where the other team catches a ball you throw.

Practice, Practice, Practice. That's what I learned when I tried to make the transition from 1st bass to 2nd bass. You need to practice to get the notes.
Yet how do you do that? What I found was when I practiced singly mainly in the lower register, I hit the lower notes a lot better. I did speed scales (Trombone thing. You go Bb-C-D-Eb-F-Eb-D-C-Bb 3 times really fast, and then do the same thing, only starting on the C-F-Bb-F-Bb-C until you go down.) in my lowest register, and sang a lot of really low tunes a third or 4th lower than written. Do it to your highest notes. Eventually, after a week or two, your voice become accustomed to the levels, and you can get higher than those notes. Although I did lower. :)

I made one of these in home-ec my freshman year, it tasted horrible. But, what you do is take a bunch of fruits and throw them in a blender. I suggest to put the sweeter fruits in, like apples and oranges. NO BANANAS! Bananas ruin the entire thing, and make it taste horrible.
Put only a tiny bit of milk in and some crushed ice. Blend together for a bit, and serve.

And the second could've gone in a second question, but no. It does not cause any irritation at all, and has been proved as such.

Yes, I think you are a tad bit jealous. Try and be happy for your friend instead of being sickened by her. Just think "She's happy, so I'm happy." It's the only way I coped with "Andrew" stealing the girl that I was a day from asking out.

First, you cannot MAKE a guy like you. That is their choice, and sometimes, it is impossible to get them to like you. Some people just don't go together.
IDK maybe usually mean "Yes, but not right now." It means that he would love to go out with you, yet he has other stuff on his mind and plate to do these next few days.
To get there, you just keep flirting with him and talking to him. Make sure that it's more talking, as that is substance. And in a relationship, you need substance over style. But you need to flirt every so often. When you feel that you and him are close enough, go ahead and ask him out. It doesn't have to be him asking you, you just go for him.

Not at all. On the contrary, it means that he is embaressed by the answer. Guys act like that when the girl had hit close to home. I certainly act a lot like that.
What it means is that the guy loves you. He wants you as a girlfriend. Yet, he doesn't want to lie either, and say that he does like you as a friend. And all guys are touchy around the matter of love. If he hated you, he would say it outright. If he didn't care, he'd say it. If he was a friend, he'd say it. Yet, he didn't say anything. Love. He loves you.

It's rare for a person to get pregnant on their period, as that is when the egg leaves the body. It has already left the wall. A couple days after is REALLY rare, but if you have periods in spurts of like 7 days, you may be pregnant. And that Sunday may be possible, again, it depends on the length of time your period usually runs. And the pill is 99% effective, so yes you can be pregnant.
To be sure, go to the drugstore and get a pregnancy tester. They're cheap, and you just use it quickly. It'll tell you the results, and they are usually 99% accurate. Your period may come if you are pregnant, but that usually means that the child self aborted. And there is a danger if you keep on using the pill.

Tell him that you like him. Usually, when a guy asks you who you like, it is always another way to ask "Do you like me as a friend, or more than a friend?" I have asked it before, and meant it in the same context.
You should tell him that you like him. First, it will keep you honest with him. If you like him, honesty is ALWAYS the best policy. Especially for love. Love is not fearing the responce of your other. Second, guys really enjoy it when they hear that somebody loves them. I heard it once, and only once, and I don't think I've ever had a happier day.
It is really yourself giving part of yourself up for the guy. This includes your fear.
So, next time he asks you who you like, be fliritious and say "Guess." He'll rally off guesses, and if he asks "Me?", then just say "Of course." If he gives up, then say something like "It's you, silly."

You can make her stop taking them easily, if you can physically do it. What you do is call the police. Not 911, but their non-emergency contact. Tell them that your mother has become addictive to the point of abusive, and you need something or someone to take care of it. They will probably come and drag her off to a court, where you would testify your case. That's the hard part. Just remember that you are doing this for HER good, however hard it is.
Then, she'll probably be sentanced to rehab, and that'll fix her problems with the pills.
Try to get her to go willing first, though, by just telling her that you think she has a problem, and it's eating up her life. You want your old mother back. Just try that first, then do it by force.

Why don't you sit down with your other friends and discuss it? I'd suggest forming a plan to make her know she is not doing what is right. What you do is sit somewhere else for lunch. She will come to sit with you, as she'd be alone, and if she tries to sit down, tell her she cannot. And give her the exact reasons why. Tell her that until she begins being a good friend, and stops being so abusive, all of you do not want her as a friend.
If it's an invitation for a social outing, then do it at that point. Or, if she invites you, tell her no because of it, and she should call someone else. Then they say no. It's actually best if she invites you, as it happens time after time.
2 things will result possible. First, she may change to a good person, when you begin to talk to her again. Or, she will find new friends. Either way, you should not be friends with the present her, and you come out ahead. Do not be afraid to do this, it works a lot.
