hey everyone
well today is report card day. I'm home from school because of it (today school is 1/2 day) What happens is our parents go to school to pick up our report cardds. Right now i'm a nervous wreck! It's because i still have to wait a few hours befor getting my grades. I'm really stressed. Is there anything i can do to relieve the stress untill later??
please help (and no answers like "do drugs") thanks!

go do something to get your mind off of it. call a friend and talk to them or invite someone over and play a sport or watch tv or something

I'm sixteen years old, and I'm in a long distance relationship. (I'm a girl.) I mean long distance. I used to live in Mississippi, but my parents moved to California about a year ago. I met this guy through my sister, they were really good friends when we lived there, and we completely hit it off. We've been together for a year now, and I fly out there every chance I get. I mean things were serious, he has bought me a ring and everything, and we always talked about how we were gonna get married, how many children we'd have, etc. Lately, things have been kind of rough. He gets so angry with me about everything I say, and it gets scary. I admit, sometimes I do bring it on myself, but he always gets entirely too pissed. Tonight, I was talking to him about my friend, and he kept talking about how ugly and disgusting she is, and I asked him if when we broke up, he said that same stuff about me. He got completely pissed off, said I was fucking someone out here, and that I was a liar, and all I ever do is start shit with him. Well, we broke up. I'm feeling really fucking alone and empty right now. I just need to know how to feel better.. I can't stop thinking about it and I'm going insane. I want him back so fucking badly, he's my best fucking friend in the whole world and I really, really, REALLY am hurting. I thought we would make up, so I didn't take it seriously, and then his mom made him get off the phone, and I just knew it was over. I was crying really badly, and I told him and I hated him and I wished that he was dead. I regret it so fucking much, but he's not gonna care. Please, just give me some advice on how to get over him, or get him back and stop pissing him off, or something.

wow..thats a bad situation to be in! maybe you can talk to him about everything if there is a way! go out and have a good time and try to forget about everything! its going to take some time to get over him. take a surprise visit out here (whenever possible) and show up at his house and tell him how you feel. sorry if i wasnt of much help!

you dont need to loose ANY weight! if you are about 5'3"-5'4" then you are underweight! dont worry about loosing any weight! im sure you are fine like you are! if you really want to loose weight, i would recommend loosing NO MORE than 6 lbs. so you will be at 100 lbs. but its up to you. all i can say is eat healthy and exercise!

ive been asking for a digital camera for years now and my dad said i could probably get one for my 15th birthday next month..ive been looking to get a Sony Mavica MVC-FD200 Digital Camera, but does anyone know what other good brands i can get digital camera and maybe also record video/ movie shots

i have a kodak. its not that bad. and i record things for up to 30 seconds (i no not that long) but it doesnt have volume. my friend has a kodak and his can record and it has volume. mine used to be at walmart on sale for $100..but im not sure if they have it there anymore.

Whenever I am done with school, I go to track. After track practice, I go home and get home by around 5:00. I eat dinner, then watch some shows and go on the computer (like now, but it's only to get advice!). I end up starting my homework at 9:00 PM, setting my alarm for 5:00 to finish it, sleep through my alarm, and wake up at 6:00 with no time to do my homework. I always finish it on the bus and get off the hook, but I really want to stop and do my homework right away! How can I do my homework with plenty time to spare?

do your homework before you watch tv or get on the computer. or, instead of getting on the computer and watchin tv every day rotate them. heres a schedule you could go by when you get home:
monday: dinner, computer, homework, whatever
tuesday: dinner, tv, homework, whatever
get what im saying? or, do your homework while you are on the computer. or eat dinner while you are watchin tv. combine things like that so you will have time to spare. or, if you have extra time in one of your classes start your homework in there and get some of it out of the way.

I want to try out for my highschools cheerleading squad.. Ive cheered b4 but i heard that high school tryout are harder. if u tried out for you high schools cheerleading squad, what did you have to do?

ive never tried out but last year in middle school you had to go to like a 2-3 day camp and they would seperate you into groups and they would teach each group a dance and then the last day of the camp you would have to perform the dance with your group and they would judge you on that. but that was for middle school, im not sure about high school. and ive never tried out for cheerleading!

Across the street from me, an elderly couple sold their house and the people that bought it have two young boys, ages 4 and 7 I believe. They have asked me if I'd like to babysit for them and that's fine with me. I've babysat before but normally I'd do it free of charge. It's come the time where I'm getting older and I need to get money. I'll be driving in a year and my parents aren't going to be paying for my gas and car insurance. What would be a good amout of money to ask for? I don't want to be asking for too much. I'm 15/ female.

i think you should charge at least 5 and a max of 9. that way, you wont be charging them too much or they wont take advantage of you becuz they wont be paying you that much and then they will stay gone for a long time. when i baby sit my nieces and nephews i get paid 20-50 just for watchin them sleep and then feeding them breakfast. yeah so just make sure whatever you set the limit to that it is reasonable to not only your customers but to you!

1) yes, i think, in a way, that you should tell her. if ya'll are BFF then you should get your feelings out on the table.

About 5 days ago, i bought myself a lava lamp. On the package, it stated that i should let it go for 4-6 hours the first time i use it. I've done that and all, but now everytime i use it, it still takes 40-55 minutes to actually get going with the lava.


My question is, to all of you lava lamp experts, is will the "starting up" time get faster? Is there something i can do to make it go a little faster?

ok the reason it takes a while is because the wax (or whatever is in it) has to get warmed up. it doesnt take 5 minutes to warm it up. theres a lot so of course its going to take longer. and no, theres no way to speed it up.

My brother in law is living with me and my husband.
I don't mind that he's staying in our house. What I can't stand is that he is messy. He'll go into the kitchen and get something to eat and not put it away. He'll get a glass of juice and not wash his glass. Not only does he not wash it, but he leaves it on the kitchen table for me to do it.

What do you suggest I do?

sit him and your husband down and tell them how you feel. it things do not get better, tell your husband he needs to do something about or that he needs to go.

people commit suicide because they think no one cares about them and they dont have any solution to their problems or anyone to talk to. yes, it is upset to other people when someone commits suicide, but the person who did it doesnt think of it that way. he doesnt think no one will miss him because no one cares about him to begin with. im not sayin all of this is true it is just some solutions to some of your questions.
