I remarried and my husband is nit very understanding to my son and is verbally abusive. he came frome an abusive family and thinks i am a terrible mom because i don't disiplend him differently he thinks i should be meaner to him. he is so bad he accused me of wanting to have sex with my son and says this is why i'm so nice to him. i'm not overly nice and i do punish him if needed. hes just a normal teen who never wants to put anything away that he uses and won't keep a cleen room. i don't think he's a bad child but my husband does therefor we continusly are fighting because i take up for my son now he says this whats wrong please help me

hEy-->dont worry about what they think! eat salads at lunch and be proud that you are willing to try to lose weight! alwaYs eAt something at lunch, don't skiP tHe meal..! If people laugh at you, just say something like "I'm eating a salad cuz i want to, and i dont care what you think". And it's not like salads are gross or anything, their gOOd :) GOOD LUCK!!

Sure..well you aren't that heavy. But if you feel you need to lose weight, that's okay. Just eat healthy foods and watch the sugar! If you get hungry in between meals, eat healthy snacks, like fruit salad, celery and peanutbutter, vegetables and dip, and like healthy snack bars. For exercise you could run, crunches, sit ups, push ups, etc. Hope I helped you! Good luck ;)

Go to a hair salon and ask for some good hair cut ideas. See which one you like and just try it! There's many different things you can do with your hair. You can layer it, highlight it (lighter colors), lowlight it (darker colors), cut it, etc. If you don't have bangs, cut them to be short again and see how you like them. If you do have bangs, grow them out and see how it looks (it takes awhile but it might look good). Just ask your hair stylist what kind of hair styles would look good on you. if you have a phone that has "Composer" on it, then it will work. It's free and there's lots of songs. All you have to do is get to where the songs are, click the song you want, and a window will pop up. it has a bunch of numbers and symbols. you just type in those numbers in order. if it has a P&H in front of a number, Press and Hold the number (only the # directly after P&H) down until it beeps. Although sometimes, when you type a number in, it won't put a new number in it, it's alright just keep going because its changing the number before it. At the bottom it will say Tempo=(a #)...after you type in the song, change the tempo to whatever number it says, then save it!

Okay, I have only had my period twice now, well 2 weeks of it. I don`t think that made since, but ok. I`m only use pad because i`m scared to use a tampon. Do they hurt? How does it feel when you stick it in. lol sorry that sounded sooo wrong. =/

I have dark hair around my bellybutton and when I wear a two piece swimsuit, you can sorta see it, and it bothers me! I don't want to shave it! I dunno why I have hair THERE... any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have had this problem for about 4 years now. My whole body except my stomache is in good shape and I like the way it is and the size. Only problem is my stomache makes me look like im pregnant. I'm 5'3'' and weigh 130-135. I'll try to eat healthy but then at nighttime I'll get so hunfry and want food that I end up getting something to eat like an icecream or sumthing. I know its bad but I don't know how to get over the cravings. Any help on how ot get over the cravings and how to get just my tummy toned. I know your going to say run and crunched but they dont see to help
ok, if you like celery, buy celery and peanutbutter to keep at your house, so when you do get hungry, eat that (its soo good) and if you dont like celery, find some other healthy food that tastes good. It works...! :)

I'm going to my boyfriend's house sometime before summer ends..we're both 13..my parents don't know I have a boyfriend because I'm not aloud to..but I'm nervous about going over there..I've never even gone over to a guys house when were just friends with just the two of us! Does anyone have any advice for me, what can make me less nervous? I mean hes never done anything besides hug a girl..which of course was me and I was his first girlfriend, we dated before this. So I don't have to worry about him doing anything I wouldn't want him to do. I mean..im sure we're gonna kiss bcuz he said he wanted to and he said he wanted me to be his first for everything since I already was for the girlfriend and the hug..but any advice? I'll be online for a while on secretAsquirrel..thats not my normal sn but its the one im gonna be using for the time im at my friends house.

My birthday is coming up in november and i really want to have a party..does anyone have any ideas of what kinds of parties i could have? I would want a lot of my friends to be able to come!
If you have a pool, do a pool party. They are always fun :) But if you don't, do like a party in your backyard. Pick a theme, like a beach party. That would be cool. You could have a luau. If you want to do a luau, write me back, because I know a lot about luau decorations and food.
