what does the smileys mean next to where your question is.. there either smiling,straight-faced,or sad.. im confused! lol i know its a dumb question but i just wanna know

smile means its a good grammar and stuff question. sad face is its really poor grammar or spelling and a strait face is in the middle. thats how the admin rate it. so if you press view questions, then go to the arrow and select highly rated or something it will give you the smiley face questions. hope i helped ;)
