Weight Loss!!
Hey! im 13 female and about 5`2 and weigh about 125... i was hoping to lose about 5 pounds before school which is September 7, 2004. Can you tell me what i need to do in order to lose the weight? Food and exercises please THANK YOU

You go back the same day as me :-) Lol but anyways, do like 20 crunches a night and run for like 30 minutes or so, and when you eat just try to eat like a salad or something healthy, try and stay away from snack foods and soda! :-) ]
Sure..well you aren't that heavy. But if you feel you need to lose weight, that's okay. Just eat healthy foods and watch the sugar! If you get hungry in between meals, eat healthy snacks, like fruit salad, celery and peanutbutter, vegetables and dip, and like healthy snack bars. For exercise you could run, crunches, sit ups, push ups, etc. Hope I helped you! Good luck ;)
