Hey! im 13 female and about 5`2 and weigh about 125... i was hoping to lose about 5 pounds before school which is September 7, 2004. Can you tell me what i need to do in order to lose the weight? Food and exercises please THANK YOU
aNgeLxfOrEvEr answered Saturday August 14 2004, 3:57 pm: Sure..well you aren't that heavy. But if you feel you need to lose weight, that's okay. Just eat healthy foods and watch the sugar! If you get hungry in between meals, eat healthy snacks, like fruit salad, celery and peanutbutter, vegetables and dip, and like healthy snack bars. For exercise you could run, crunches, sit ups, push ups, etc. Hope I helped you! Good luck ;)
