I have this friend, who told me that she thought she might like this guy, and added him to her 'list' of guys. There were maybe 3 guys that were on her list of people she could potentially like. I knew all of them, and found out that one of the guys was in my homeroom and one of my classes. I was supportive of my friend's feelings for all the guys on her list, and kept away from them, but I found myself sort of attracted to this one guy. I started to like him, and my friend found out. ok well like i have two big problem areas that i would like to get rid of before the summer. i missed a dance because we had to wear liek a skirt, i didnt go becuasee i didnt want to show my legs. i want to lose weight on my inner thighs and the back of them, also my arm like if i put my arms out like a t or like -|- the - are my arms its flabby under neath. i life 4 pound weights but i dont know if that will just build muscle or loose the fat. i also do crunches and run sometimes. i do wall sits for a minute a day. i just need help with my thighs and arms. sorry its long. ill rate 5's
You can get rid of fat with cario workouts. Running, biking, jumprope. Ect. Building muscle doesn't do much to get rid of fat.

Okay so I've had a cat for quite a while now and lately he has just been bugging me like crazy! He wont eat! i have always had a great relationship with my mom but lately its been getting so annoying. if she tells me to clean up every little thing in the living room, i dont yell at her, i just mimick her in my head and do what she says. shes always complaining about how hard her life is, and how we have no money (which i have heard since i was waaay too young to worry about money), and she even complains about how much she hates coming home to this house everyday. sometimes i get realy angry and i say some sarcastic comment back and she starts going off about how hard her life is and how i shouldnt talk to her like that. it just makes me feel guilty for saying anything at all.

There are about 3500 calories in a pound.
You should expect to lose more than a pound a week though, because you burn (a low number of) calories just by living.
Also, if you're working out hard, you continue to burn calories after you stop working out.

I'm so pissed! I take this lyrical class for beginners because its my first year. I've been taking dance for 5 years though, so I'm pretty good. All the other kids in my class SUCK! They're horrible and look so awkward. Even though I'm one of the best in my class I feel like the worst.
My teacher corrects every LITTLE thing I do wrong. I'm the only one she's ever correcting! Everyone else sucks, but they still don't get anything negative on their dancing!!
