I've been seeing this guy for a few months and and we have a great time together. Yesterday he asked me to tell him how i feel about him. For some reason that is very hard for me to do. I know it has to do with past relationships and not wanting to get hurt. I really care about him and don't want to push him away but i don't know how to break down the wall that i've created. I don't know how to put into words what i feel for him. Please help me. (link)

well .. i'm doing my x-mas shopping and i want to get a friend of mine a really really REALLY good gift .. something kind of like a scrapbook .. but i don't have very many good ideas .. anyone have any suggestions?
