weight okay so im 16/f/ 119 pounds/ 5'1"/ some what active and somewhat healthy eater (play softball, dance, and in a school musical)
anyway. ive started doing workout mode am burning atleast 300 calories a day doing that. how can i tell how many pounds a day/week that is? is there a site that can tell me or does anyone know? it doesnt have to be exact just a ruff estimate
(and if you have no the slightest idea please dont take a guess)

All you really have to do is find your BMR (Basil Metabolic Rate) by multiplying your bodyweight x 15 which will give you your approximate maintenance total. To lose weight simply subtract between 300-700 calories from this in your daily diet. Its not as complicated as a lot of people make it. ]

2100 calories a week, assuming you're actually losing 300 calories a day without gaining it back.
There are about 3500 calories in a pound.
You should expect to lose more than a pound a week though, because you burn (a low number of) calories just by living.
Also, if you're working out hard, you continue to burn calories after you stop working out. ]
