are there anysites i can go to to learn how to animate blinkies and buddy icons? i have psp 11 if that helps but i dont think i have any animation studio (yet on my comp)

please make it an easy to read, understand, and to do web site!

Try looking at the PSP 11 tutorials or go to Google and type in animted icon tutorials which will give you lots of websites that will show you step by step how to make icons and blinkies
Oh. and you will need an animation program to make your graphics animated
