ok well like i have two big problem areas that i would like to get rid of before the summer. i missed a dance because we had to wear liek a skirt, i didnt go becuasee i didnt want to show my legs. i want to lose weight on my inner thighs and the back of them, also my arm like if i put my arms out like a t or like -|- the - are my arms its flabby under neath. i life 4 pound weights but i dont know if that will just build muscle or loose the fat. i also do crunches and run sometimes. i do wall sits for a minute a day. i just need help with my thighs and arms. sorry its long. ill rate 5's

You can get rid of fat with cario workouts. Running, biking, jumprope. Ect. Building muscle doesn't do much to get rid of fat.

Here's how it works, miss I need to lose a few pounds. You get off of your butt and work out.
You asked an unanswerable question, and I gave you a simple and true answer. There's no magical way to lose weight.
It seems you'd be satisfied with nothing less though.

First off dont ever ever put yourself down no matter what you think you look like im sure your amazing. But if your determind I would try palaties. Its amazinggggg thats what I do. and afterwards you feel REALLY relaxed. It works trust me on that one. There are lots of diffrent tapes going from begginer to advanced and even a half an hour a day helps! xoxox3 hope i helped just dont feel bad about yourself im sure u look hott in a skirt!
