ok well like i have two big problem areas that i would like to get rid of before the summer. i missed a dance because we had to wear liek a skirt, i didnt go becuasee i didnt want to show my legs. i want to lose weight on my inner thighs and the back of them, also my arm like if i put my arms out like a t or like -|- the - are my arms its flabby under neath. i life 4 pound weights but i dont know if that will just build muscle or loose the fat. i also do crunches and run sometimes. i do wall sits for a minute a day. i just need help with my thighs and arms. sorry its long. ill rate 5's

But if your determind I would try palaties. Its amazinggggg thats what I do. and afterwards you feel REALLY relaxed. It works trust me on that one.
