The two-year school probably corresponds to 'vocational college' and what's called TAFE (where I live) then. Four-year degrees and ONE major? Wow. I'm very surprised, but it sounds like American degrees typically have quite a few 'core' classes... Well, thank you for clearing that up for me! =)

thanks! and the paragraph thing was a good idea, thanks for reading it though. well so far your advice has helped the most. you seriously have no idea. not to be all emotional but i had tears in my eyes idk why but i just am sad to lose a friend but happy that i no what to do thanks to u. my mom said try calling her so i did, and of course she was at {kellys} no surprise there. so ur advice has truly changed my outlook on everything. thanks again, so much! and i honestly mean that. :)
