No, he/she can only tell if your cherry has been popped, (your hymen). It doesn't have to be broken by sex, it can be many of ways. Example: Masturbating, horseback riding, etc. Even if he/she finds out she is masturbating, he/she will not tell your parents without your friends permission. So just tell your friend to calm down and bit and not to worry.

okay..so i have liked this guy for about 4 or 5 months..we have gotten close to getting to know each other but we are both so shy and like i am not really sure he liked me even though i heard that he did. It sounds like he's just really shy around girls that he likes, a lot of guys are like this. You should start talking to him again. That way he'll become more comfortable with you and maybe something will spark up. But he's worth it, because it seems like you like him a lot. So, go for it and start talking to him. You never know what may happen.

I have just been placed in the custody of the state and am now living in a residential facility. I just got out of a mental institution that is only 20 mins away from my sister. I am now about 2 hours away. She had the opportunity to see me before I left but chose not to! I don't understand what I did! She visited me on several occasions there and I offered to help her in any way I possibly could. Its not my fault that my mom and I don't get along and she knew that. Should I just move on and leave everyone behind to try to start a new life or do I ask her what is wrong?

I wouldn't move on and try to start a new life, leaving her behind. She's your sister and sisters should stick together. I think you should either, talk to her face to face or call her. Ask her why she choose not to come see you before you left. Maybe she has a really good reason. But I think you have to ask her why she did that. You'll always be wondering it, so why not ask?

Yes, this is totally normal. I wouldn't worry about this at all. It just depends on the person. Some people have their periods for one week, while others only have it for 2 days. Some of my friends only have it for 2 days, so don't worry.

Condoms roll down, so I think it would be a little hard to put it on inside out. Even if he did, the condom wouldn't be less effective, since it's still a condom and it does the job.

I think your right about all this. You do probably cry, because people on here sometimes care about you more then your friends do. I think your friends should care a little more about your feelings. The people that help you on here, sure they care, but they can't be there for you (Even though probably all of them would be, if they could).

Download: Norton AntiVirus. It's a virus scan that takes all the bugs out of your computer. If your accepting a file, it'll tell you before you download it, if there's a virus attached to it or not. I'd probably do the same thing as you. I'd rip the letter up, but then I would start feeling bad about it. I think you should actually talk to him and tell him what you did. Maybe you could ask him about this other girl and see if he has feelings for her. You guys have been together for a long time, so I don't think you should break up with him because of this. Just talk to him about it, tell him you know about the letter and I'm sure both of you guys can work this out.

This is totally normal. I get like this when I'm really mad also. If this fight is just on the computer or face to face, it's your nerves. If this is actually a real fight, physical, fist to fist, it's your adrenaline. It usually gets you so pumped up that you start shaking. But, it's all right. So don't worry about it hun!

ive been asking for a digital camera for years now and my dad said i could probably get one for my 15th birthday next month..ive been looking to get a Sony Mavica MVC-FD200 Digital Camera, but does anyone know what other good brands i can get digital camera and maybe also record video/ movie shots

The best camera is a Kodak Easy Share. It doesn't really matter what type it is, as long as it's that brand. It's a really good camera and you can select different settings, example: The color of your pictures, if your taking a sport picture, it also has a timer on it and you can make videos as well! It's actually pretty cheep compared to other digital camera's and it works great.

Im afraid of getting braces cause my friend got them and they hurt for 3 days (I get really scared pretty easily). Im gettin them soon. Do they hurt wen u get them on? What happens if you lose a tooth while they're in? What happens if a tooth growns in while you hav them in? Please help......im scared.

Braces aren't really all that bad. I'm not going to lie to you and tell you they're not going to hurt, because they will. The first couple of day's your teeth will be sore and you won't be able to chew for awhile. But after a week or so, you won't even notice they're on. After that the only time their be sore is when you get your elastics changed. It'll only hurt for a day or two, so it's not too bad. If the dentist notices that you have a lose tooth and it's ready to fall out, he'll/she'll skip that too and just put the wire over it. And if another tooth grows in, he/she will simply add on a new bracket for your tooth.

ok...over the summer I talked to this guy who was a year older than me like every night for hours. I liked him alot, looking back more that I thought. Anyway, when we started going to school together, it got really weird, and about tow months into the school year he got a girlfriend and would rub it in my face. I think you should totally forget about that guy that broke your heart. You don't need someone like that in your life, especially when all he likes in you is your looks. I think you should give this new guy a chance. Just because he's friends with your old crush, doesn't mean he's the same. Take things slow at first and see where it goes from there!

Just tell her she doesn't need a kind of guy like that in her life. It's going to be hard to get over him, but she's going to have to try to forget about him. Tell her there's many more guys out there waiting to be found ny her. This one wasn't the right one, so she has to move on and find the one that is. Keep being a good friend and stay by her side. Always listen to what she has to say and try to make her feel better. You could help her get her mind of things by doing something fun with her, example: Take her bowling, shopping, to the movies, have a sleepover, etc.
