"Lylas" stands for "Love you like a sister" and to do those hearts, you have to type: & hearts ; (but remove both of the spaces).

<3 --- hold down shift and press the comma button then press the number 3

lylas means Love ya like a sister. and for the hearts you could make them like <3, which is < and a 3 or you could do the other ones that are & hearts ;. (do that without the space between & hearts and with out the space between hearts and the semicolon. just put it all together.)
