well on wendesday school starts and i got my period yesterday and most of the time i have it for 5 days. so i really dont want to have my period on the first day of school. so does anyone have any ideas ..how can i stop my period one day earlier?? please help

Sadly, there is no effective way you can alter the length of your period.
Don't worry about having it on your first day back at school. Just make sure you're comfortable and keep fresh =]
Don't let it ruin the first day back.

Ok, I'm not bulimic. TRUSTT MEEE. I was just wondering how do you make yourself throw up? Because to me, I could never do that, It's discusting. But i was just wondering. :]

Making yourself sick is dangerous, can burn your insides, esophagus, damage the enamel on your teeth etc, not to mention long term organ damage if it's done repeatedly. So do not try this. However, if curiosity got the better of you, the most obvious way people do this is by shoving their fingers down their throats. Horrible huh? Or by drinking salty water.

heyy well i have really small boobs, and i want to know how to make them bigger without using medicine. does it help to drink milk or to squeeze them or something? and don't say you can't make them bigger without medicine, because i know you can becuase all of the slutty girls have big boobs and all of the non-slutty girls have tiny boobs, so they must be doing something to make them bigger. please help!

Truth is, there isn't ANYTHING you can do to make your boobs bigger that will work effectively without surgery or possibly hormone pills.
You can gain weight, but that means other parts of your body will get bigger, also.
For now, your best bet is to make the most of what you have, or wear a push up/padded bra.
Just wait it out. Your boobs will grow given time :)

How do you give a "Good" Blowjob?
Because i don't want to be bad, Then have the guy go and say something to his friends, like "SHE SUCKS" or something, please help me.
Thank you loveee.

If a guy gets someome going down on him, there can't be such a thing of a really bad blowjob!
Start at a normal pace and get faster if you wish. You can also alternate and use your hands as well as stimulating it with your mouth.
Don't just focus on his penis, don't use teeth..
You can't really tell how it would be like until you actually do it. as the saying goes, "suck it and see" and it's up to you if you swallow or not.
Don't worry about being bad. If the time ever comes and you are totally comfortable with getting down on him, he would tell you what feels good. Or you could always ask him yourself :)
Alot of people get ideas from watching porn! But whether or not you really want to do that is up to you.
I googled some sites for you, too:

When you get fingered, what happens?

When you get fingered, the person who's doing it can either be doing it internally (placing his fingers inside your vagina) or feeling around the outside (rubbing your clitoris and the other surrounding outside areas)
You should only let this happen if you are 100% comfortable with the person doing so. Don't feel pressured. If it hurts, don't be afraid to say stop. Other than that, it can be a very pleasurable experience :)

Well here's the deal. I'm going out with a guy that I don't really want to be going out with. I only said yes because I know he really likes me but I just don't like him. I like his best friend. But his best friend has a girlfriend...but he likes me back. So I really don't know what to do. I don't know how to dump him but still be friends? Please someone...HELP.

(())

You should never go out with someone you don't share any feelings for. It's wasting both of your time and he will be deeply hurt in the end.
When you next see him, just explain to him you don't want to be in a relationship at the moment but you would love to still build a strong friendship with him. It's better if you tell it to his face. He will respect you so much more.
If you break up with him, give it a few weeks before you sort things out with his friend.
and bare in mind, if you get with him, your ex will most probably be upset and it could jeopardize his friendship.

I'm fat/not pretty. Yesterday two of my 'friends' IMed me saying 'Hey Sexy'. I know they were joking around, but for some reason it just really got to me, and I felt like I was a joke to them. (they're both guys) Now I'm very mad at the two of them, and I know they both feel bad, they've sent me messages, called me, etc, but I just don't respond. My question is, am I overreacting? What should I do?

I think you're reading too deeply into this.
Alot of guys do this! and lets face it, alot of the time, they don't think whether you will be offended by it. They probably meant nothing of it and thought it might have made you laugh.
Let them know how you feel, so they won't do it again.
and lastly, everyone's beautiful in their own way, so please don't put yourself down like that.

hiiii.
this is lame.
but.
how do you make out?

I found this on google:

http://teenadvice.about.com/cs/kissing/ht/frenchkissht.htm

There's alot more links on there, but this one is good as it explains what and what not to do :)
Just try not to be nervous at the time and it will come naturally to you, promise.
Best of luck!

I'm 14/f and a freshman in Highschool. I was my first highschool dance the other night and tons of seniors wanted to grind with me. I didn't really mind cause I wasn't overdoing it. The first guy I danced with though eventually asked me when we were dancing "Do you want to go somewhere else?" and I really didn't want to have sex (I'm a virgin) so I said 'no'. Then he said "okay it was nice to meet you.", he shook my hand, and walked away. I have no idea why, but all night I felt really bad for him. I know it's dumb cause it's like 'I feel bad because I didn't have sex with him like he wanted'. Do you know why I feel this way? What do you think I would have ended up doing if I did? (blowjob, just sex, fingering, ect.)
Thanks so much. I RATE!

Maybe he didn't want to do anything sexual with you. It's hard to judge, as only he really knows what he was thinking at the time. I would have guessed he wanted to talk and get to know you. But as you said no, maybe he thought you didn't like him.
OR;
Because you were grinding with him, he thought he may have been in with a chance.
Don't think too much of it though. What's done is done! and if you really think something sexual would have come out of it, then it's good you did say no.

I really want to get my cartiledge peirced. I've asked my mom about it and she said I could get it done, but it hurts like a mother for a long time. (Then again she did it herself when she was 17.) Which one do you think is better to use a shot gun (you can just get done with it), or a needle (this way you won't have all the pain at once, but it will take longer)? I know either way it will hurt but how much? My mom also told me a piece of your cartiledge comes out, is that true? If I do do it then I will go to a real place, not somewhere like Claire's.
Any help is appreciated!

Although most people get this type of piercing with a gun, it's wise not too, as it carries a greater risk of infection.
Go with the needle if you can, as you know it's been sterilised (autoclaved)
As for the pain, everyone's different!
Yes, the needle will take longer, but it won't come as much as a shock to you as the gun would.
Don't worry about it hurting. It can be a little uncomfortable for some people for the first few days, but other than that, it's fine.

I usually ever get headaches. Actually i havent head one in years.

But i have had one the last two days. I have taken advil and excedrine migrane (sp?) but nothing will get rid of this headache. Im pretty sure its not a migrane because ive had one before and it doesnt hurt likeone. Should i make an appointment with my doctor. Or wait it out?

Im gettting kind of worried as what is causing this.
thank you.

It still could be a migraine. Just a different one to what you've had before. I suffer from these and once, it lasted a week, so I went to the doctor and got prescribed pills.
It could also be what you're eating. For example, too much chocolate, citrus foods, sugar free products can bring on headaches. Make sure you're drinking plenty water to prevent dehydration.
You could also be suffering from cluster headaches, which apparently don't go away with over the counter painkillers.

You need to visit your doctor if:
your headaches are frequent or severe,
you have a severe headache which comes on suddenly, and is unlike anything you’ve had before,
you have a severe headache which comes on suddenly, accompanied by a very stiff neck, fever, nausea, vomiting, and confusion,
your headache follows an accident, especially if it involves a blow to your head, or
you also experience weakness, numbness, slurred speech, and/or confusion.

I hope you're feeling better soon.
and if you really are worried about it, a trip to the doctor would put you at ease.

I straighten my hair everynight; horrible I know. My hair's beyond damaged, it doesn't look bad, but I can tell when I feel it. But my hairs so wavy and frizzy, and I live down south so no matter how many products I use the humidity kills it! Therefor I constantly have to straighten my hair, what should I do?

I know how you feel. I've been straightening my hair DAILY for 5/6 years, so imagine just how damaged it is. Plus, I never used to use heat protection spray.
Make sure when you wash your hair, you use a high quality conditioner for dry damaged hair.
ALWAYS protect your hair with heat sprays/creams etc.
Once a week, use a deep nourishing hair mask. It will restore moisture to the damaged parts. Next time you're out, have a look at what products are available for your hair. Or ask a hairdresser.
As for the humidity in your area, again, I have the same problem. and I've used every product under the sun, none of which really work.
Your best bet is to just put your hair up when it starts to frizz.
More expensive ways which will work are buying a battery powered straightener, or having your hair permanently straightened, but that is VERY pricy.
I wouldn't worry too much about it though.
Every time I moan about my hair going big and starting to curl, noone really notices!

Ok well i have a myspace right. There has been hella lotz of girls asking me for my codes. At first i was okay with it but they kind of started taking advantage of it and one girl nearly asked me for my whole page!!!lol Then i have stuff that has my personal quotes and stuff and some girl asked me for the code to the letters and kept what it said!I seriously dont know how to tell them to not ask me for my codes because im not going to give it to them.I dont wanna sound rude or mean eigther tho....so wut should i say next time?

On your page, say something like "Please don't ask me for any codes. I do this myself and it takes alot of effort. Find out for yourself"
If it's people you don't know, just simply don't reply to their messages.
and if it's your friends, offer to help them, but don't let them steal yours.
It's very annoying when people steal the things you've made and took alot of time doing, which is why I have now set my profile to private.

okay im 13/f and mi hair is really frizzy wat do i do?

Join the club! I've been straightening my hair for 5/6 years now.
Firstly, shampoo your hair and use a good quality conditioner.
Let your hair dry naturally and comb it through with your fingers.
If you have a relaxer, use it! Especially at the roots of your hair.
If not, don't worry. Just apply some relaxing cream. I use John Frieda's Frizz-Ease. There's MANY more out there, so go out and have a look at which one would suit you best!
You can try straightening your hair too. But make sure they're solid ceramic plates and always protect your hair to prevent further damage, as if heat styling isn't bad enough, frizzy hair is coarser and damages more, leaving split ends.
Frizzy hair scrunches really easily, so apply some mousse and go for the naturally curly style if straightening isn't for you. If not, plait your hair, do up styles.. the list is endless :)
Don't worry about your frizzy hair. It's easily treated! Plus, you could always get your hair cut in a style which would make it easier to tame and look after. Ask a hairdreser!
:)

I was really late to catch up on the trend, which is probably like a year old, that's why I begged my mom to let me buy a miniskirt. B4 the whole legings thing my mom would never let me look at a minskirt when were shopping. I ended up buying a mini + leggings and was planning to wear it on the 1st day of school. Is this a good idea or would i end up looking like the fashion disaster i can always be when i try to go for a look diffrnt than the usual [jeans + tee]? What i fear the most is what evry 1 else is gonna say. School starts in 2 wks and i cant make up my mind. The 1st day is one of the only days i get to look especially nice. The outfit i was planning to wear looks nice w/ or w/o, IMO. I have to wear the mini and leggings to school or my mom would deem me as wasting her money. This isnt the 1st time i would look at something and say "Oh,that's cute" and buy it and wear it to school, to then realize its not that cute of a shirt or whatever and never wear it again. Like last year when i bought a bright pink cropped hoodie/sweatshirt... Lets just say that color pink was definetly not my color.
Anyways, what should i do?

I always wear skirts and leggings, because I happen to like that style.
I think you should go for it! and see how you feel. and see people's reactions. You're just probably not used to it at the moment.
Team up the skirt and leggings with some pumps. [I feel heels/flipflops can be a bit too overpowering.]
and if you don't feel comfortable, then maybe it's just not for you and explain this to your mum. Just next time, be 100% sure before you spend her money! ;]
But best of luck for the first day back.

i am 13/f adn i want to kno how to insert a tampon..please help me!

"You may be worried and nervous about using your first tampon. Talk to your mom or a friend who has used tampons. It is important to first learn how to use a tampon and then, just relax! The more you relax, the easier the insertion will be. When you are nervous, your muscles tense up, making insertion even harder. For your first time, you may want to try using a tampon when your menstrual flow is heavy; this should allow the tampon to glide in more easily. Choose the smallest size tampon for the first time. By following these simple guidelines, and those that come with your package of tampons, your first experience with tampons should be easy.

Sit or stand in a comfortable position. Some women prefer to place one leg on the toilet seat or tub, while others prefer to squat down. After you find a position that is most comfortable for you, hold the tampon with the fingers that you write with. Hold the middle of the tampon, at the spot where the smaller, inner tube inserts into the larger, outer tube. Make sure the string is visible and pointing away from your body.

With your other hand, open the labia (the folds of skin around the vaginal opening) and position the tampon in the vaginal opening.

Gently push the tampon into the opening, aiming for the small of your back. Stop when your fingers touch your body and the applicator, or outer tube, is completely inside the vagina.

Once the applicator or outer tube is inside of you, use your index finger to push the inner tube (the tube where the removal string is connected) through the outer tube.

Once the inner tube is all the way in, use your thumb and middle finger to remove the applicator or outer tube. Make sure that the string hangs outside of the vaginal opening. Later, when you are ready to remove the tampon, hold the string and gently pull it downward until the entire tampon is out.
If the tampon is inserted correctly, you should not feel it. If you feel uncomfortable in any way, you may have inserted the tampon incorrectly or the tampon may not be placed far enough into the vagina. If this happens, just remove the tampon and start again with a new tampon. Remember that practice makes perfect. If you don't get it on the first try, your second try will most likely be successful. Instead of getting frustrated and giving up, relax and try again! "

"If you don't succeed after several times, see your health care provider. It may be that you were born with a very small opening in your hymen and you can't insert tampons. This is true in only about 2% of teens, but it could be a problem.

A mirror is often helpful so that you can see where your vaginal opening is. Sometimes, even using a small amount of vaginal lubricant (K-Y Jelly) on the end of the tampon will help the first one glide in. "

Practice makes perfect. :)
Don't worry as your muscles will tense.
and if you haven't already, read the leaflet which comes with the tampons.

Best of luck!

I've completely given up junk food. I don't eat fast food, candy, sodas, french fries, pizza, ice cream, potato chips, donuts, all that stuff. So anyways, today my dad, my brother and I went to McDonalds for lunch and I didn't get anything, I said I'd wait to eat lunch when we got home. Then my bro said "You're just afraid of getting fat. And he waved a french fry in my face." I didn't know what to say... and it was embarassing. I'm not afraid of getting fat. I eat plenty!! Just not junky stuff. I want to live a healthy life. And some of my friends joke that I'm anorexic cause I won't eat popcorn at the movies or drink sodas with them. What do I say when they do that??

You are respectable in my eyes! I wish I had the will power to do the same!
They're either jealous, because they wish they could give it up like you, or just don't understand.
Next time they say it to you, just firmly say no. They will soon realize you are being serious and will respect your decision to have a healthy lifestyle :)
But don't forget.. it's all okay in moderation ;)
But well done :)

This is for girls...

I'm 13 && female. I have hair between my breasts. Its not too bad, but I was wondering if its normal. Like, you can see it if you're right next to me and I have a low shirt on, but if you're more than a foot away you can't see it at all. I was wondering if I should shave/dye this??

Another question while I'm at it... I have a thin strip of hair on my belly, and it gets thicker and goes beneath my navel, spreading from side to side. I don't think its pubic hair, because it goes too high. I'm very self-conscious about this, and am careful about shirts rising above my jeans/shorts. Is this normal, and should I shave/dye it?

Thanks

Alot of people do have those hairs on their chest and stomach. It's perfectly normal, so don't worry.
But if you are self conscious or don't like the sight of them, try hair removal creams, bleach, or if you just want a quick fix, shaving wouldn't be bad. Shaving doesn't make hair grow back thicker, as people have said. It can sometimes give the appearance of thicker hair, but that's just because it's growing back. This is why you should use a good quality, sharp razor :)
