Why is it that the US Government prohibits flights directly from the US to Cuba? I know you can go to another country from the US and from there fly to Cuba, by why is direct flights from the US to Cuba not allowed?
The US placed an embargo on Cuba. This prevents contact between the two, except in some special circumstances. This is very bad for the US, since Cuba has many good exports. The rich capitalist US bastards are too short-sighted to see their mistake and refuse to lift the embargo. It's the national equivalent of saying, "you suck, I'm not talking to you any more."

see, the CPU is 800MHz(1000MHz=1GHz), so you're fine. You need 2GHz only if you have an Intel Extreme Graphics or a Radeon 7000/VE Series graphics card, you can use the method below to find out if you do.

the GHz is your CPU and the GB is your RAM, it has nothing to do with your graphics/video card. The graphics card number is a number of MB next to video card. Sims 2 requires 32MB of -video RAM-. This is a very low requirement, and even without a graphics card it will probably run. To see what kind of graphics card you have, go to start, then control panel. If it says "pick a category" on top, change it on the left to "switch to classic view". Double-click display. Go to settings tab, click advanced. Go to adapter tab. The number you want is under "memory size:". If it's above 32MB, you're good. Talk to support people at best buy or something if you want to buy a graphics card, they are complex.

Bittorent is a way to get files off the internet. It is often illegal, and violates copyright. Downloading tyra banks show using bittorent would be illegal. The advicenators terms of service prohibit links to, or instructions for, illegal or copyright-violating activity. So I can't tell you how to do it.

some people send me pictures and they make their picture black and white but have this bright blue eyes. even though they really have brown in person.

Here's a step by step:
-go to http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/ and download and install the GTK+ 2 Runtime Environment and the the GIMP for windows
-load the picture you want to modify into GIMP
-go to select>all
-go to image>mode>greyscale
-go to image>mode>rgb
-go to view>zoom and zoom in about 400%, or whatever is needed so one eye takes up the entire area
-bring up the box with a lot of buttons
-find the two boxes of black and white, double click the black one, and get the color you want the eyes by moving the big left selector around and press ok
-back on the box with buttons, find the paintbrush. If you hover your mouse over it it will say "paint fuzzy brush strokes". double click this.
-Click the box with a dot in it next to "brush:", and on the menu select "circle fuzzy(05)"(you will need to scroll down)
-move the opacity slider on top so it is somewhere between 20 and 50 percent, then press the X on the upper right to close that small window
-back on the picture, draw lightly over the iris of the eye, till you get it how you want it
-zoom out using view>zoom>100%
-it should now be finished, go to file>save as on the picture

Use benzoil peroxide OR hydrogen peroxide OR rubbing alcohol on the area(not mixed). Crushed vitamin B3 pills mixed with something cream-like will help(put on skin, not eat). Colloidal silver, ingested or applied to area might help. You can exfoliate your skin by getting some salt or sugar(salt is less sticky), and rubbing it on your face with water. Don't rub to the point that it hurts. Make sure all the salt/sugar is washed off afterward. See:

Why is it that even though my internet is working for explorer and AIM, but when i try to buy a song of Itunes it says that it can not connect or that my internet isnt working and dont say firewall is blocking it because my firewall is disabled.

If you're using a firewall other than windows firewall, make sure the windows firewall isn't on. It will turn itself on if you turn another firewall off(which is pretty annoying). If you are connected using a router, the router can sometimes block connections; look at the router manual to figure out how to add an exception. Apple also recommends you disable popup blockers, and flush your DNS. Flush your DNS by going to Start>run and typing cmd, then enter. Then type:
ipconfig /flushdns
and press enter. If that doesn't work, contact apple/itunes support
