I have a photoshop on my computer...
but does anyone know of any free ones that work well.....
Changing colors...
Fixing Blemishes...
Changing eye color...
Anthing!! lol.

Try Picasa2 I think it's good at editing pictures like that and its FREE.

the GIMP for windows will allow you to do these things, but not automatically. Once you familiarize yourself with it it's easy.
