ok so i have a lot of zits lately
and i barely EVER got them!!!
and i got this really ad one on my nose
and the type where its under the skin and its hurts REALLY bad
i dont wanna get pro active cause i dont want to have to spend that kind of money when it only works on some people
and i have this clean and clear fighting pimples all day stuff- that doesnt work
and i have this neutroguena rapid clear 8 hour thing and it doesnt work either
i dont know what to use!!!
but i want it to go away
anyone have good stuff that i can use??
that like you can buy at walgreens or jewel
something like that!!

Use Oxyclean. Get the maximum Oxy daily cleansing padds....its a black tub of 90 pads. Also get the same brand facewash. It really works, just use the wach night and day, and if your face feels dirty during the day, use the pads. I had/have the same problem. It should work

Clean and Clear Advantage works really well. I use it daily and it starts working in a day by making zits a LOT smaller and less red. For a cleanser I recommend Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. It's incredibly gentle and doesn't irritate my skin at all.
If these breakouts keep up and don't go away, your regular doctor can give you antibiotics for cystic acne (theyll destroy the bacteria causing them and prevent excessive scarring) as well as stronger treatments like Retin-A micro.

The one under the skin seems to be a cyst so use that treatment. You could see a difference in a day. Sometimes not. Usually it takes 3-4 days and it's gone.

okay, this proly sounds really stupid. But the rapid clear stuff only works on the littlish bumps that aren't REALLY noticable. One that does work(and I don't know the name brand, because I've tried and its not the same) is equate from walmart. and I tried the whole proactive thing, like a trial, and it didn't work, then I tried the "acne free" thing(I have no clue where it got purchased) and that didn't work either. my skin seems to be immune to that kind of stuff. But Clearasil deep pore cleansing pads clean all the crap off your face really well to let the medicine work(I had to go to my bathroom and check what brand it was, LOL)

well idk anything about big pimples or pimple-get-rid-of stuff, but what i do is i go to like target and i get some "facial whipes". theyre not difficult, you can find them by the makeup.Anyway, you rinse them in water then apply to face. it makes my face feel and look so clean. thats how i get rid of my pimples.
if that doesnt work, i recomend trying makeup to cover it up :]
