Ok Capital One took over North Fork Bank - I heard that Citibank wants to take over Capital One is this true. Or do you know of any company that wants to buy CAPITAL ONE.

that capital one is on what looks like a downward trend, but it seems to be evening out. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
doesn't say sell, like it would if it was suspected that it would be acquired. I don't think anything is looking to acquire it right now.
