It's extremely hard to determine what your child will look like, even if given all your physicial characteristics while someone of your opposite sex will give them out. Even having that, it comes out totally random! A good example would be having two kids (excluding twins) the two kids will look similar to their biological parents, but they will still look differen, even if you have 1,000 babies. So you can't really determine it. Or at least do it somewhat accurately.
