I try to give the best advice I can, usually drawing on my own personal experience. But I'm not perfect, and sometimes when I look back on some of my advice it's far from it (especially when I was 15 and writing LiKe THiS). It's just advice, though. It's not an answer or a solution, it's simply a potentially helpful perspective. And that's all I can offer you.

Okay well a while back i posted 2 questions about whether or not this boy we'll call him bob liked my and i liked him for about 6 months until i started talking to his best friend (kyle). i knew i still liked "bob" but i had to get over him because he had a gf..i had gym with bob and when it ended he stopped talking to me and it hurt really bad...long story short i started liking kyle too and i ended up going out with him. As soon as me and kyle broke up bob decided he wanted to talk to me again. He wanted me to not like kyle anymore and to like him...and i still did. HE said he liked me the whole time he had a gf and he still did and the reason he stopped talking to me was because he was mad that i didnt like him anymore...well we ended up going out for like a week then he broke up with me because he never had a gf in the summer and he was scared to have one.he kept apologizing but then he started hanging out with this girl....im not the jealous type but it just made me upset because i wanted him so long and then i had him just to lose him. now he doesnt call me andi called him once but he got off the phone right away. ive seen him a couple times and i try to pretend i dont see him because hes always with that girl...but he always has to get my attention by saying hi or yelling my name..and then he yells at me for not ever calling him or anything.... I dont know what to do because i think i could love him...but he doesnt really talk to me...and i dont think he likes me anymore..I really dont know how to get over him im just confused...please help (link)

This guy really is not worth it.
When you like someone or even love someone sometimes you tend to avoid all the bad things they do because you love them so much and you don't really want to admit that you deserve better. From the sounds of it, this guy just wants to have a girlfriend. I know thats horrible to say but hes moving on from girl to girl. This guy saw you as single and vulnerable and because you once liked him he gave it a shot to ask you out.
As hard as it is you NEED to move on. This guy is just breaking your heart and it's just the kind of guy he is. It'll take time for you to get over him and you will eventually even though right now it seems impossible. I went through something like this when i dated a guy, he dumped me after a short period then i found out he only dated me because he wanted a girlfriend and i thought i was never going to get over him but i did.
You deserve a guy who treats you good and is soo much better than "bob".
My solution to a broken heart is cry your heart out first to let all those feelings out and then you can start the healing process. Have a girls night out or in with a big sleepover and lots of dvds and junk food and just them making you feel better about yourself. Once you start to feel better its easier to start to think more positively and sooner or later your going to find a guy whos soo great and fantastic and you'll have forgotten about "bob".
You really do deserve soo much better than him and you need to know that.

i like this girl but at times shes nothing to me. she is just soo idk like bam on bams unholy union JUST like him. well our friends used to get along when shed make them when we used to hang out but still i noticed and her friends are tougher then us just say were the hockey players their the....dark clothes depressed crazy people, i hate it. umm well i noticed change since...it started when one of our friends tried to get us together shes a real good friend of ours shes in our 2 groups she plays hockey with all the guys then is like all her friends. i couldnt tell her the reason i didnt think it out yet. should i of just said it all right out there we are total oppasites in every possible way i dont like her(a lie) shes to creepy she scares me sometimes our friends dont get along shes never had a boyfriend SHE SAYS NO USUALLY TO THE GUYS WHO ASK HER i dont wana make a fool of myself!she did that but everyone doesnt make a deal of it but thats her. shes the bad girl type ALWAYS in trouble she does anything to make her parents mad, shes so MIXED i guess like happy mad sad! thats one thing i dont like other is she likes dead kind of things and death shes always writing about her heart being broken wanting to die just stuff. i found her site and it was FILLED with it things like death, suicide, hell, being broken, and a page says entries its filled with saying and stuff she wrote, i felt bad...when i saw it, i think its all beacuse of me. shes quiet around new people, in most of school and my family, shes even known them for quite a while. she just sees something in them that shes afraid of or hates or something i dont know. on her site was so much the music, the pictures, what she wrote, all the quotes! it was so.!BAD i said whats with the site she says why i said whats it all about her friend told me fuck off so i left. one thing says 'the jerk i loved, did love, you to watch me in ALL this pain stare and laugh the guy who added to all this, who is killing me, inside, i loved you and you fucked up my life to the limit not sure what and who and how can help me now maybe you know you deserv more not sure witch way should be to recognize all i go through. this is one of a hundred and i dont get it it seems obvious? i will add more! i thought about this the past 6 hours. wonderin, also if anything would happen to her with the fireworks shes a true pyro shed light anything. Girl code lol. Thats funny. Ok as plain and simple as it sounds, everyones different. This girl could have been through stuff or seen things in her life that have made her the person who she is. Shes a teen going through all the normal teen angst and depressions. Shes being the person she is and the person she wants to be. You can't change how she is, its just her, you can either accept that or leave her alone. If you like her then tell her.
If you like this girl even though shes into strange things that most people arent then that means alot! Sometimes people are tough and aggresive and very depressed but they aren't some kind of alien. Shes just being herself and there is nothing wrong with that. She'll write depressing poems and stuff because in her life right now shes an emotional teen and shes just acting the way she feels is necassary.
This girl who you think is so 'bad' and you ask what is 'wrong' with her the only difference between you 2 is your interests and your attitude. Your both humans with eyes and noses and arms and legs. Just because someone is totally opposite to you doesn't mean you cant like them.
I have a boyfriend who is sorta like her and im this bubbly happy positive type while hes punky and angry (towards guys) and likes dark things but when you have that feeling for someone you should embrace it not push it away because you think its wrong.
This girl might have a reason for being how she is but thats her buisness and you should just be nice to her and treat her how you would want to be treated. Once again, if you like her then tell her.

If you love this girl then dont let her go. Shes waiting for you to make a move! Ask her out on a date or go the next step and ask her to be your girlfriend. Shes probably avoiding you or looking away from you because she still likes you but she thinks you dont like her. Just go for it man!

If your getting the impression hes interested in you then he probably is. If he was trying to hang around you alot, smiling around you, trying to make you laugh, touching or hugging you then hes probably interested. The best way to know would be to ask him. This could turn out to be a great thing for you =]

Honey your gorgeous. There is different companies who are going to employ all different looking people to model their produce so no matter what you look like, as long as your confident in your body and how you look someone will hire you. When you watch models on a catwalk you don't see them hiding their body or getting shy you see them strutting their stuff with their heads high so just be confident! My sis who is 21 was walking around a mall when a model agent approached her and told her to maybe come by for a shooting. She didn't take up modelling but she did one modelling show and got about $500 from it. She told me that if you act confidently and as if this is totally natural to you then they love it.

I really want to get a pet parakeet but my parents keep saying no. I have a dog so my parents tell me one animal is enough. I'm pretty responsible so i think i can care for the parakeet and care for our dog too. I would pay for the entire parakeet including the bird, food, cages, toys, etc.Any tips on how to convince them to let me get a parakeet? (link)

If you do take care of your dog as in feed him, wash him, pick up after him and etc then you just have to continue doing this to show your parents you can take care of your animals. If you have a birthday coming up then it would be a great time to ask for one for your bday. You cant really pursuade parents to give you something once they've said no and continually asking them is just going to annoy them. Maybe give it a break for a while. Once you have enough money to buy all the things needed for your bird and you still want one, then try asking your parents if you can have one and say that you'll pay for everything (now that you have the money for it), you take care of your dog so you will be able to take care of your bird and its something you have wanted for ages and your not going to stop wanting it. Apart from being good behaved and taking full resposibility for your dog, theres nothing more you really can do.

Aww. Over time people tend to forget about grudges they've had or how they felt during the time they got upset. You shouldnt force them to accept your apology but you have said sorry and theres nothing else you really can do. Family will always love each other no matter what so just give it some time and maybe be just that little bit nicer to your relative. Trying to make it up to them is always an option. This doesnt mean you have to go out and buy something expensive and try to buy back their friendship but just do something special for them. Make them dinner, take them out for a picnic.

Lol well most teens like yourself want to be a bit more..experienced in relationships and have the desire to be more affectionate to guys/girls. Your not a slut for wanting to do those kind of things because everyone will eventually want to. Once again my motherliness is coming out, and being a youthful person like yourself you should just let these things happen. When your with a guy who you care for alot and trust deeply, and your comfortable enough with eachother, then it will easier to just make moves easily and it just becomes sort of instinct. When you have found that guy who you trust and care for and love etc then you can just start to become closer in the way you hug and kiss and where your hands go. Usually, when your in the "mood" you just do things by instinct like touching or rubbing or whatever and that usually indicates to your partner that you want to develop your relationship further. Or you could just ask them. If you ever feel you DONT want to go any further, then dont be afraid to say not. Any "moves" you could do would to be to start well touching certain areas of his body that are sensitive if you catch my drift or putting his hands somewhere that are a more sensitive.

I have those little goosbump looking things on my breasts too and its completely normal.Most bumps are due to normal changes in breast tissue that occur during development. If you feel lumps in your breasts though then see a doctor immediatley as it could be a development in breast cancer. What you have is normal so don't worry. Love xXxPuNki-PiXiExXx

my face is kind of fat right now. if i take 2 30-minute walks a day (leisurely pace) how long will it take to see results? will dancing help? how long should i dance & how do i keep that from making my boobs smaller? (link)

Whenever your losing weight, you always lose it from the places you least want it to leave, so no matter what you do to lose weight, your gona lose some boobage. walking regularly like your planning to is a good idea as it works every muscle in your body and doing it as you said 2 30 min walks a day that is plenty. Dancing is a great help in getting into shape and losing weight because its fun and it is also working most muscles in your body. Sign up for a dancing course at your local rec centre. Theres a variety of dancing choice to choose from. After say about a month you will see a difference. It does take a long time to see a difference but it's slowly happening.

p.s as for the dancing, it depends on how long the dance class goes for but probably 30 minutes afew times a week would be good.

Sometimes (if me and my friends get extremelly bored) we play dress up lol. usually going the whole goth look or hippies or whatever. Well i liked this guy for about 2-3 months but we knew each other since grade 2 but then i moved. so we lost touch and all of a sudden we start talking hung out and i started to have feelings for him. But then i stopped and then he liked me. He told me on the last day here. Since he's going on vacation for a month or two. But the thing is i found out i still like him but I'm just scared he'll forget me and like date a girl on vacation because he liked me on our first time hanging out. Meaning he's "easily" in love. There is a possibility that he could still like you when he gets back but if he does fall easily in love or lust then odds are he's going to fall for another girl. No one can really say that he is going to like another girl or that he's going to continue liking you but don't keep your hopes up that he will because you could end up being broken hearted if he comes back saying he has a girlfriend. Try not to think about him and about your feelings for him while hes gone, just go out there, meet people, have fun and enjoy yourself. Theres no point being stuck on a guy thats just going to confuse you and depress you. Wait till he comes back and if you still like him you can find out if he still likes you but if he doesnt then you will have to learn to move on. For the time being just enjoy yourself! i was watching Family Secrets on TV and i saw something about a girl names Victoria whose parents left her in her room for 9 years and stuff. then they referred back to a girl, i cant remember her name and this girl was called a "Wild child" and she was forced to sit in a chair for like 13 years or whatever. can anyone give me a site with more information on her? also, what drives a parent to do something like that to their own child? This is a website i found on a radio report of this girl "genie" who was the "wildchild" it says about how they found her and how she was treated with what happened after they found her.
for the second question, theres multiple reasons why people can do this to a child. Most of which are that they are mentally unstable. Some people believe that their child is better not venturing out into the world and is better to be locked inside. To other people, it is a torture that can 'excite' them. Alot of young children are sometimes kidnapped and held in small rooms for years to be used for sexual purposes. Any reason to lock up a child like this is totally unethical, inhumane and disturbing. Its cruel how years of her life were taken away from her like that and it seems so impossible from our eyes.

Well usually when you lack sleep you get these bags under your eyes and when you go to shut your eyes these bags tighten up and it hurts. I get that alot if i stay up really late doing an assignment one night and the next night my eyes will hurt. There is night creams you can buy to prevent the bags under your eyes so i suggest purchasing one of them. Go to your local chemist and ask for any kinds of cheap eye creams that could help. Try going to bed earlier than you already are. If your having any allergys to things in your room or around you this can also cause your eyes to react creating bags under your eyes. I think this guy just wants you to say you like him. It probably makes him feel special that someone likes him so he keeps doing this to make you say it and so that he knows you still like him. You could mess with his head and say "yeah i think i kind of like that guy..he is pretty hot" but that would be a bit of a conversation stopper. Clowns and performers are a bit childish but my sister had an adult jumping castle at her 18. It seems kind of immature but alot of people enjoyed it. Charictures and tattoo artists could be a bit expensive depending on how many kids your going to have at your party. You could make up a theme like hawaiin night or a medieval thing and you could have hawaiin performers like the dancers and those guys who throw the fire sticks around or with a medieval thing you can have jesters and stuff. If you base your party around a theme or idea you can think of things that relate to that theme. If your having alot of people at your party like say 50 or more then most of them are going to want to get your airbrush tattoos and it's just going to become to expensive. Getting local bands or people you might know in bands to play the music you and your friends are into or a DJ could help get things going at your party and just make it that bit more spectacular. At partys you want people to be jumping around and enjoying themselves not standing inline to get a charicature of themself which they will probably loose by the end of the party but if you want it then do it. Juke boxes are always pretty kool at parties because people can choose the kind of music they want and theres such a variety to choose from. If you want to go all out and have a big enough area for your party, some people can hire out theme park rides for the day but that can get pretty expensive to.

On E! channel, there is the show "Girls Next Door" (about Hugh Hefner, and his three girl friends). A lot of times on the show, the girls get naked and it's censored out (obviously)...but if you buy it on the DVD...is it still cencored??

Well you will probably have to read the dvd box thing first. If it has a high rating then it probably does show the girls naked but read it to see if it is censored or not. It usually says on it somewhere 'CONTAINS NUDITY' if it does. If its a tv show then it might still be cencored. I looked it up on the net but it didn't really give me much if it is cencored or not. i wasn't sure where to put this question and i thought this would be as good a place as any.
about two weeks ago these four guys moved in the place one house over. two of them look about in their early twenties and the other two look about my age (f/16). but anyway, they drive by here all the time and just turn around and do it again. they wave every time they see me but ive never talked to them and theyve never tried to stop and talk to me or anything but i was wondering why they wave when ive never even met them. my neighbor says they seem really nice but i think its kind of weird that four guys that young live together inthe first place. its kind of weird im the only one they wave to. i dont know them and i dont know for sure if theyr really that nice or if somethings going on that could be really bad or something. well my question is, why do they wave at me like they know me when ive never met them and why do they go by here ten thousand times in one day? i know you might not be able to answer this but even an opinion would help so if you've read this far down i appreciate it and im sorry its so long. They're guys! If they see a chick they might be interested in or find attractive of course they're going to wave to you. They've probably seen you alot and just wave alot because your neighbours. There could be a million reasons why a bunch of young guys are living in a house together. If they're yelling things out to you or making you feel uncomfortable then tell your parents and avoid them. You could make friends with them if you think they are nice guys and they might actually turn out to be pretty good guys themselves! But if it all seems to weird to you then just avoid them and don't pay attention to them. If it ever gets out of control tell your folks straight away. xXxPuNki-PiXiExXx

I have been trying to sleep for 4 hours. I have been itchy for most of that time. I thought it was bug bites.. then i saw all these bumps all over my legs.. and back. Could it be an allergic reaction?
I shaved today... so i'm thinking it's razor burn. severe kind because i kept scratching. but it's a lot of bumps!
i'm itchy everywhere. i have bumps on my back and forehead [which i did not shave, hah irritated acne?] and upperlip [i shaved]
is there anyway to make it go away? or the itch go away at least?
i have already tried allergy medicine.
i can't go to a doctor. i'm out of state. (link)

Well if you have any pets could it be fleas? My friend had cats with fleas and when she woke up had about 60 little bumps all over her back from flea bites. If you have calamine lotion that should help with the itching. Do you have any family members to have a look at it or who might know what it is? If you have any moisteriser that stops with stinging like that you would put on after you shave it might help with it. I suggest you start waxing maybe or if your not using shaving creme then you should start. Are they like goosbumps or like mosquito bites? Are they reddish? Definatley get someone else to look at it. Do you have any local doctors around? Maybe try a bath to stop the itching that usually helps if i've been attacked by mosquitoes but calamine lotion works well to. If nothings working maybe just go down to a local chemist or store if they're open and ask for something to help.
