hey. how did your cousin (i think) almost die from not cleaning her cartilage? Like what did not cleaning it cause?

im not really sure..cuz it was my cousins friend but anyways..she either didn't clean it properly or they pierced it in the wrong place..but what happened was that she got a really bad infection and like her ear got swollen and she got really sick..hope this helps..good luck..if you have any other questions just ask! -Kittygurl90

What is a good brand of *ceramic* hair straighter that isn't too expensive (under $25)

Ok i have a puppy, i just got the other day and she will be 7 weeks old tomorrow...well my problem is...she wont stop useing the bathroom on my floor in my bedroom and everywhere else in the house...even though i tell her no...thats bad and not to do it again but she keeps on and on whenever i see that shes about to go to the bathroom i pick her up and rush her outside....its annoying and i need advice on how to get her to stop useing the bathroom on my floor...thanks...i'll rate anyone who answers this for me!

one thing you could do is when ever she goes on your floor (This is mean, but it works) rub her nose in it..i did it with my dogs and it worked really well. Another thing you could do is buy one of those door bells for your bedroom and when ever she has to go teach her to press it and eventually when ever she has to go she will learn to ring it each time she has to go. You could try to teach her to use a litter box (for cats) unless she is a BIG dog, then i suggest not using that idea. Hope i helped!! Good luck!!! -KittyGurl90

It's almost xmas, and I don't have any gifts for my family. And worse of all, I can't go out and get gifts for them because I'm broke. Does anyone have any ideas how I can "make" a gift for my family? 14/F. I have to get orthodonic braces in a few weeks and I have a few questions about them. I will rate. Do they hurt? What will happen if I chew gum with them? What color bands would look good with brown hair and brown eyes? Thanks.

Ok um lets see..ive had them 2 times and im getting them again (don't ask why)and they hurt the first couple days but after that they don't hurt unless the bracket cuts your gums..but thats like a canker sore. If you chew gum with them a bracket might fall off..but rarly does that happen..but make sure you brush you teeth afterwards..even if its sugar-free gum. And just about any color looks good..but don't get yellow because it makes your teeth look yellow. Hope i helped! -KittyGurl90

My doctor said that about 2 years after a girl gets their period that they are done growing...so depending on when you got yours..depends on when you stop growing. Hope i helped!!

Ok.. hi. See me & my sister are like 9 years apart, she's 23 & I'm 14. She is always talkin bout how I shouldn't be mean to her, but she used to ditch me for her friends & crap. Ok, well, she's all of a sudden wanted to be "sisters" and I'm just like, no. She's all whiny & she's babyish. It really gets on my nerves but, when I wanna spend time with her she's always "busy". Ok i have your same problem! I have 2 sisters tho..one is 27 and the other is 12..oh yeah and im 14. Me and my older sister thats 27 are like 13 years apart and thats a lot...i never get to see her cuz shes married and they never come to see us..beside holidays and what not. You should be lucky that your sister wants to do something with you my older sister used to do everything with me and my lil sis..she was even my teacher once..but now she doesn't do hardly anything with us...so be thankful that ur sister wants to do something with you! hope i helped

Ok: so i love scary movies... spook houses, and doing the ouiji board. I live down in the basement all alone and after seeing freaky movies... like Saw I can't sleep. I think that there in my basement gonna come kill me.. and even though I'm 16... i still sleep with my t.v. on all night... even though I can't stand a speck of light in the night i LOVE watchinng scary movies... but i get so scared I sometimes cry! What can I do?

i just went to the doctor because i was having this problem at night where i cant do anything but breathe (kinda long story)and the doctors said i have someting called absence seizures or something and they said i have to get a "brain scan" or "mri" done..whats an MRI?? i heard that its a big black thing, and im really scared..i feel really uncomfortable with the problem to and i hate it... i dont wanna go to the hospital and stick my head into something...this is really bad, and im 14 and STILL somewhat frightened of the dark!! does anyone know anything to help me?? someone just please say something anything will help! thanks

Ok MRI's aren't scary its like a x-ray but you lay on a table and you go into a tunnel thing and it takes pictures of what ever you are getting checked out...i had to get one for my back..but anyways..i suggest laying still or otherwise they will give you a shot and put you a sleep for a lil bit while you get scanned. Ok, well, i've been looking around advicenators and stuff. I noticed all these kids between ages 13-15 are so damn caught up on sx and shit. Well, for you to know, I'm 13, and in my town people are so layed back. It's a really small town. I know almost like everyone in the middle school which are ages 12-15. No, one does any of that shit. They all think it's stupid at this age. You never have to worry about having sex at the right time and when. Everyone is like a virgin in my school. I was really confused and distirbed about this......do you think 13-15 is to young to be having sex or not? I'm so confused. Is there something in my town that we're not getting?
