Hey, I heard that if you were born after 1990, you can't get your temporary lisence until you are 16. Is this true?

Depends on the state...like my friend in south carolina can get her learners when shes 15 and her liscense when shes 15 1/2 but I can't get my learners till I'm 15 1/2 and liscense till I'm 16...If you wanna kno go to your states DMV website or call them

OK...telling this story is getting really annoying, and I'd appreciate it if I didn't get snide comments about it, I already feel like a whore.

Well, to start it out, I had just gotten this new account on vampirefreaks. My friend had some crazy-cool people posting on hers so I went to check it out. One of the guys was so awesome. His profile was freakin' long and crazy, and he seemed really sweet. I left a message on his site and toddled off. Then he left a message on mine and so on. Well, anyways, we started talking on IM. The first time, I thought I had thoroughly annoyed him, so when we spoke next I apologized. Well, during our second conversation, we started making out. We pretty far, but not quite THAT far. Before I'd really talked to him, I thought he was really great, and when I did talk to him, I began to develop a crush on him.
A few days passed, othing happened. But then, his birthday came around. We had talked a little bit...and then we started doing a few things. It was mostly me doing, well, everything, so it was sort of weird. but that time, we did everything... In the end, I thought it had meant othing to him, but it didn't really bother me. but then after we did all of that, I felt sort of guilty, dirty...
Later that same night, after talking to 2 of my very close friends (one online, one not), i still felt bad. Then I was IMed by another guy from vampirefreaks, that I had become friends with a few days earlier. (NOTE: i had been at school, trying to sign in to vampirefreaks, and I wandered aimlessly onto this one page and it said the name Eryk. I looked at the pics and thought he was pretty, decided to look later. I looked him up later, and it wasn't him, but this other guy. There weren't any pictures of him so I read his profile. I left a comment, then he looked at my profile and IMed me. Thats how I met him.)
I Started talking with him, and he seemed sweet and he was always really nice and funny. I did like him, yeah, but I didn't really know how much. So, on the same day as the incident with Dion, I also did stuff with the other guy (his name is Dan). After all of that Dani and I talked... and he said that he'd liked me. I did like him to, so we just talked. Then after a few days we're like in love... My mum finds out about the cyber because I had printed it *dolt* 'cause I needed to talk to my friends about it. Mum banned me from IM. I snuck on to talk to them both, last night. Turns out it did mean something to Dion, and now he won't tell me how he feels about me. Dan and I are currently split up because he needs to think about some things, but he says that once he's done, we can go back to that. So, everything with Dan is ok, I think. But what do I do about Dion? And what about mum?

wow, that was so confusing..just let it blow over w.your mom...but imagine how you'd feel if you found out your daughter was doing that...apologizing will def. help. And with the guy...do you really think it'd last? I mean you guys talk online, and the whole cyber stuff wasn't real..it was totally fake. You haven't met him in real life so you really don't know what hes really like in person...you might just wanna meet some other guy in real life

Hey does anyone wear the eyeliner by Jane? If so, does it work good? I bought it but havent tried it yet. Also, does anyone know good eyeliners that stay on for long periods of time? Oh and if you have any eyeliner tips can you please give me some!

I have Jane eyeliner..I use it like when I can't find my other ones...it works ok but I think the best one is Rimmel (*I use Jet Black)Eyeliner comes off so fast even the Maybelline smudge proof kind...just carry it around with you so you can reapply it

A miniskirt...but if its gonna be cold...like some cargo pants and an avril t-shirt or some kind of punkish shirt...lOl i dn...anything avril would wear....rubber band bracelets, lots of eyeliner and black nail polish

i've never kissed anyone and i'm afraid that when i do i won't know how and it'll be all weird and uncomfortable! i need some help.

You've probably heard this from like everyone but you just go with the flow. Follow the other person's lead (*I dn if you're a girl or boy..) But like for regular kissing you just lock lips and kiss! Its hard to explain but you've seen it everywhere (*movies, TV, real life..) You'll get into it..and you won't wanna stop! Like if you're making out, don't shove your tongue in the other persons mouth. Start off kissing and then go from there-- if they want to french then they'll stick their tongue in your mouth..let the other person start it (*guys usually do...but if a girl really wants to she will!!)..it might be a little uncomfortable at frist but probably not for long..there is no 'right' way to kiss so you can't do it 'wrong' everyone kisses different!! Just don't bite them on accident

Hi! okay do you think its weird to shave between your eyebrows? because i got dared to so i did now i got to do it like EVERY week! well does anyone else do that? do you think its weird?

I've never heard of someone shaving their eyebrows...I wouldn't keep shaving them because you might shave off a little too much by accident...and that would look VERY bad. Try plucking them or getting them waxed..it doesn't hurt that bad except for the first couple times but then you get used to it (*depending on where you get them waxed..they can numb them so you can't feel it) I wouldn't wax my eyebrows by myself. But you can pluck them off yourself because its like one at a time and its hard to mess up

How much does dick size matter to girls when they are freak dancing or feeling up on you?

Well it depends how shallow the girl is. Like if all they care about is dick size...then they're really shallow and dumb. But like if they're not then they probably don't care too much. I mean almost every girl in the world likes big dicks..but unless they're really shallow they don't care too too much about it. If you're dancing w.a really shallow girl and you are insecure or whatever about it...just don't let her get near enuff to feel it (*or just not for very long). Don't worry about it tho...and its really hard to tell thru pants

what are some fun things to do after homecoming dance that dont get to expensive?

Sleepovers, BOWLING!! (*like the night time glow bowling where they turn the lights off!!), Or just going to a friends house...there really isn't much because its late...there are a lot of parties after homecoming, but smaller ones with just your friends would probably be funner, since it was a crazy night and you're probably tired

what is a skinny healthy weight for a 15 year old who is 5"7

skinny but healthy is about like 125-135 but normal is 135...but body fat % really matters more then weight...you could weigh a lot and have a lot of msucle and low body fat which is better then weighing a lot and having high body fat. Because fat weighs less then muscle. Your body fat should be under 26%

At any random time, start gaging and making sick faces and be like "I just threw up a little in my mouth" and be like "What if I throw up in school!!! I'm so scared I don't feel good I won't be able to concentrate" Just be really convincing but don't get mad or anything because then they'll get mad at you and make you go no matter what. Make them feel bad for you like put on sad faces and start shaking. I hope you feel better!!

i've liked the same guy for over two years...not only do i never really talk to him but he lives in another state! i don't like him as much as i used to but i still don't understand why i do at all. is this wrong or is it normal?

Whoa. 2 years is a lot. I've liked the same guy for like 3 months and we don't talk. I think its pretty normal (*at least for me and my friends) Its like you really really don't wanna like him because you know its either not going to work or he doesn't like you back. But you really can't help it. And you can't get over him no matter how hard you try. You probably only know the good things about him and he seems like the perfect guy from those...because you don't know anything bad about him. You'll get over him eventually...try to find someone else to crush on..it'll help so much

hey! ok..im a junior and i've been going out with this guy john since he was a freshman and i was a sophmore.. so thats like a year right? and im starting to get worried that he's more interested in the new freshman than he is me..i really wanna talk to him about this but i dont want him to think i dont trust him..because yeah..we've had trust issues before.. any ideas on how to help? i was thinking about talking to a few freshman and seeing what they say he's talking with them about..

Yeah that sounds like a good plan. Maybe don't tell them he's your boyfriend and be like "Oh yeah John flirts a lot" and see what they say. Of course they might tell John about you saying that. If you've had trust issues then maybe you shouldn't be trusting him but if you do and you don't want him to think you don't...them maybe you could say smthn like "Are any of your friends going out with freshmen" Becuase if his friends are..then he'll be more interested in them too =/ And if you really think he is interested in freshmen then you can say smthn like.. "Don't think I don't trust you...I really really do. But if you are going to be flirting with freshmen and other girls...then I really don't want to take our relationship any farther if I'm just going to get hurt" He's been your boyfriend for a year..you should def. be able to talk to him about this. And you have a right to know if he likes other girls..I mean your his girlfriend. I would talk to him about it..and if he gets mad and makes a big deal outta it..just tell him you're scared of loosing him and you trust him completely. Thats all you can really do

I feeldumb asking this question but imma go ahead. Well okay. My bestfriend is a guy. He and i went out this summer but then we broke up. I still have feelinsg 4 him, but he's going out with one of my really close friends cuz she asked him out. Since he started going out with my friend, he's been acting weird around me. Like, one day he thought i was pissed at him, and he's like "jules r u mad at me?" and his voice was shaking and so was he. It freaked me out. And then ppl keep telling me how good of a couple we make and how much he flirts with me and how much he neva stops like touching me. Anyways idk wat 2 do. Then other day, he was whispering something 2 me during this sleep-over while we were watching the movie. i didnt get it, so i asked him 2 tell me agin and he refused to. He told me he feels bad 4 breaking up with me and that he cant live with me being mad at him. I've told him that it's okay but he just doesnt get it i guess. But now after the sleep-over things have been even more tense i guess. I don't know if he really likes his g/f, who's one of my close friends cuz they neva hang out and him and i hang out more, and we also made out once, NOT MEANING TO emotions just came running basically. I feel really horrible. I just don't know what 2 do anymore. I don't wanna hang out with him that much anymore cuz im just scared of wat will happen. Any help?

Well since hes one of your best friends..you probably are able to talk to him about his relationship with this girl, right? Ask him how everythings going and stuff and how serious they are (*girl friends talk about it all the time...so if you're best friends with this guy...then you'll probably be able to talk to him about that stuff) Since he confessed he feels bad about breaking up w.you, then he probably still has feelings for you too (*or @ least cares about you...why would he feel bad if he didn't care) And if he can't live with you being mad @ him..then he def. cares. Ask him again what it is he said untill he tells you..but don't ask too much or he'll just get annoyed. Hopefully when you talk to him he'll tell you how their relationship is going (*wether he wants to break up w.her or not) But really I think you should just be a good friend for him and support him wether he wants to break up w.her (*for you or for someone else) or if he wants to stay with her. If he hangs out w.you more then her then he probably likes you better, but he might think he can't have a relationship with you. Or maybe she is the one who doesn't wanna hang out w.him so they never make plans. If you hang out w.him...just tell him you don't wanna do anything w.him becuase he has a girlfriend and you guys are just friends. If he makes a big deal just tell him if you were his girlfriend, it'd be different, but you're not so you have to stay on the friend level
