What is an average weight for a 13/f. Height- 5 ft 1 in or maybe 2 in? Please help!

i earlier asked a question about doing 200-250 crunches a day.. nd people sed that would tone your body.. would that mean you'd get abs? and like a 6 pack?

how often a week should you do toning (by this i mean situps, crunches, lunges, and squats)? is everyday okay? and if you're doing these things, do you really need to do weights in the gym?

Yah, its ok to do them every day. Its ok to do most exercises every day except for strength training bc thats hard on your muscles

i'm 5'1 and i'm really short compared to my friends, its kinda embaressing since i use to be taller than most of them.. what can i do to grow taller? no pills or w/e

I'm your same height, and I know how you feel. I have to look up to talk to my friends! and in pictures they like bend over..otherwise it'd look weird cuz I wouldn't even be up to their chins! and it really sucks but you can't really do anything to make you grow except eat healthy food w.lots of calcium and wear high shoes, vertical stripes, stuff like that...you still might grow so don't worry..

I just have a quick question, shouldn't take long.

See, I'm wanting to lose some weight in the tummy area, but... I've heard that if you work out a lot, your breast size drops. I'm a C cup, and I like it that way. Any tips on things I can do that will drop weight in the stomache and nowhere else?

Yah that happened to Jessica Simpson (*except it was from the atkins diet, not exercising)..you can do sit-ups or the ab roller or ab lounge or smthn like that (*you can get them off TV or @ Wal-mart)or you could get plastic surgery but thats kinda major if you just wanna loose a little weight

I didn't know what category to put this is... but what are your opinions on tall girls.. I am 13 and 5"8" do u think thats weird cuz im starting to feel self consious but every1 is sayin its good cuz i can be a model.. any thought? think boys will like me or be intimdated?

It's a little tall...but not really really really tall. It's not weird..I have like 3 frieds (*they're 14 now) that are 5'8" and were that height when they were 13. If you think modeling would be fun...then you should do it!! Guys like models...and I don't think they're intimadated by tall girls unless they're really short. You'll probably stop growing soon. I dn..like usually people stop when they're teenagers. I haven't grown at all in the past year and I'm 5'1" so I reallly reallly hope I do...but I don't think I will =( I have to look up to talk to my friends! I don't think theres a way to tell...but you'll probably be around the same height as your parents..(*you might be shorter..but you probably won't be too much taller) soo..don't worry...being tall isn't bad and you might just be a fast grower and other people will eventually grow too!

Eat healthier foods...like instead of getting chips or chandy for a snack get an apple! And also try excercising a lot. Like if you aren't in shape, try walking for 2 minutes, then jogging for 2 minutes, then walking, then jogging. Do it for a half hour 3 times a week. Then start doing it more often and jogging for longer. Oh I just remmebered it's starting to get cold outside. Well every month in Seventeen magazine they have a different work out. They're really really good!! So you should def. get that magazine (*if you don't have it already) Also you can just go to wal-mart and buy some weights or other exercise equipment and just use them. My mom work @ Curves and a lot of people loose weight there...I don't really go there because the spray they use to disinfect the machines makes me sick..lOl but I go sometimes because my parents make me...
