Hey, I heard that if you were born after 1990, you can't get your temporary lisence until you are 16. Is this true?

it depends on the state u live in like in ny it use to be u can get ur permit at 16 n then get ur license like the same day if u wanted but now u can get ur permit at 16 and u have to wait 6 months until u get ur license ]

Depends on the state...like my friend in south carolina can get her learners when shes 15 and her liscense when shes 15 1/2 but I can't get my learners till I'm 15 1/2 and liscense till I'm 16...If you wanna kno go to your states DMV website or call them

Uhm, yuu can't get your lisence until yuu are 16 no matter when yuu were born. Well, that is in my state at least, ii don't know about yours. Hope ii helped!

i think in some states, it depends on where u live! i live in GA so i can get my license when im 16 so it all depends! ]
i agree with kayla even tho she has my name she is still smarter than me lol umm well check @ ur local DMV and also ask ur parent cause i live in cali and that law hasnt passed yet or i dont think it has but ya just ask around

Well I heard that theory but um I wouldn't know cuz I'm Canadian and I'm born in 1990 so I can get my license by 17 and have my G1 at 16 so/...But I think their trying to change the driving age to 18 now every where U.S. Canada and all those because of the iresponsiblie driving of younger kids..well buhbyes hope I helped ]
It depends on what state you are in, for some states it is true, for others it isn't. i would suggest checking with your local DMV either in person or online. good luck!
